I never even received my package

I never even received my package! I called / emailed about my troubles and the representative told me I had to file a claim with the shipping service they use. When I reached out to DHL shipping services they informed me I needed a written statement / consent form from Haliplex to be able to even file a claim! I never bothered reaching back out to Haliplex because I was so aggregated about the whole situation. They should be more equipped to handle shipping issues and warn you of what exactly to do when these problems happen. No one followed up or reached out to see if anything came of my issues I had! For such expensive products they carry they should have a better customer service department to help you with issues like what happened to me!

Countless spam emails

Initially, I was happy with the product. But since the delivery I get bothered nonstop with these rating emails. It sucks!!! If, for every product I order online, I get 10 or more emails to rate my product, I prefer not ordering anything anymore!

I was so hopeful but cannot recommend

I was so hopeful that this would help with my cervical degeneration and neck arthritis; however, after trying it many many times I had to donate It to the Goodwill. It caused me major pain each time I used it. Sorry to report that I cannot recommend based on my experience.

The product does not work as advertised and no refunds will be provided. This is a total sham.

I did receive your email and according to your refund policy this particular item you stated was not eligible for a refund. You policy states that is eligible for a store credit at 20% off of the initial value only and if returned in 14 days. If you are willing to make an exception I will send back immediately for a refund understanding that there is a 25% restocking fee. Please advise.

Not recommended. Customer service is terrible. Product information is insufficient prior to purchase. When we found out that the lasers used by the system could be dangerous, we were told we couldn’t return the device. Most information needed to make a proper decision came after the purchase. We opened a credit card inquiry due to the above concerns. When trying to do so, the credit card company told us that the vendor provided information that showed that the purchase was final. Get all the information you need before buying this product. What a shame.
