I ordered an Visura multifunction 3D Airbag eye massager color coffee they sent me the wrong color tried to contact customer service hade problem with that after 5 days they contacted me I asked them how to ship it back took them another 2 days got the address i asked them about the shipping still waiting for them to contacting me all this for a return terrible service

These people have been great. knowledgeable, friendly and helpful...I'm now a regular, I bet all these negative comments are from jealous competitors or mistaken identities. Sharon Elizabeth you are a legend....

Don’t ever buy anything from Halipax because they don’t honour their refund policy when things don’t work or when failed to send all the things….rubbish company

Buyer please beware. I wish I had read the reviews of this company before making a purchase. The item arrived for the neck traction device and only one side worked left side of neck. Tried one time and to immediately return it the next day. They ignored my calls and emails until weeks later to tell me since I tried it once I can’t return it. It’s a horrible company to deal with.

Ordered the red light foot massager for my dad’s birthday, it was very cheap made but expensive. Not to mention complicated for a 85 year old to use, tried getting with customer service once by phone and 2 emails later they say sorry it’s been past 14 days no refund! It took them that long to respond to me. Not happy at all

I placed an order by mistake. Sent many emails, direct messages through website and called that tel number thousand times which it was on answering machine and requested cancellation. No response. Now after a month i received the item and received a response to my email that you can not return the item.
You should have requested cancellation before. They are ripping off people.

I recently bought this cervical traction device, and it's fantastic! The customer service was excellent, answering all my questions. Shipping was super fast, arriving in just a few days. The product quality is top-notch and easy to use. Most importantly, my neck pain has significantly reduced after just a few uses. Highly recommend!

This company will not let me return the Dernox laser. It doesn’t work. Like literally won’t stay turned on. They offered to replace it … I said no, I want to return for refund. They said no. We’ve gone back and forth…it is a scam company. Do not order from this company.

Not only was the product disappointing but the company was as well. Be forewarned that despite what their website says they will NOT take returns so I would not recommend ordering from this company ever!

Reading some of the unhappy customers prompted me to write this.
The body is complex, particularly skeletal issues. The products may not help in all specific situations. Nothing will be a miracle cure or it would be all over the news.
These products will ease muscle stiffness and spasm in the same way a good massage will. But there is a limit to any product like this. If you have severe skeletal issues, easing the muscles won't fix that. Ongoing use of some of the products will help relieve sone of the tension surrounding your issue.
For me this tides me over in between physio appointments..
I'm not expecting a miracle cure.
I've had my device for a year and it definitely helps my neck tension.
Nice to see more products now including the beauty products.
The under eye device might be my next purchase.

As for returns etc... every company has a policy....

I received my product very fast. Five stars I’m still not sold on the product. I’ve only used it a few times. It just didn’t seem to have enough power to relieve the tension in my neck. I loved the heat element with the massage. Unsure 🫤?

I received an email today indicating that my package was delivered to my front porch. . However......No package to be found at my address. I'm now concered.

Great product. Great for night treatments without disturbing anyone around with loud noises. Easy to clean. Product came with good procedures to follow and they are easy to read. What helpful product to keep me comfortable while on my journey through recovery. Would highly recommend this to others.

UPDATE- I received the following message from Halipax:
You are authorized to return your product for a refund only in a PRISTINE, LIKE BRAND NEW condition with proper packing, with no damages to the original box, no tapes or labels on the original box, and with no missing parts, Plastic protective wrapping, or any other components to the address below.

Please be advised that all returns are subject to third-party inspection and a 25% restocking/disposal fee before the refund. (Condition Apply ).

Halipax reserves the right to reject the refund if your returned item violates our policy.

So, basically you CANNOT return it. The device ONLY heats/cools on the two plates in the front of your neck. No heat to the back of neck at all, only massage on cold stiff, muscles. Does not deliver on claims.

In response to the rude, unprofessional company comment below: I did read the description and it is implied the back of the device provides heat. Even two of the pictures depict the ends of the massage knobs as red, same color as the heat plates in the picture......I looked again and I don’t see one way or the other, specifically that the back does or does not heat. Myself and my husband both were given the impression it provides heat based on the pictures, that is very poor advertisement, if not false. Then to top it off it can't be returned essentially based on your ridiculous rules. Thus 1 star review!

The product sucks and trying to get in touch with them to return sucks even more. I have called and called left voicemails tried doing the chat thing tried emailing few times and has yet had any luck. Do Not purchase If you read I have tried to email few times with no return emails. This is a lie I can screen shot every email with no response but whatever In fact im still waiting for a response so I can return this pos product.

I've ordered (#33663) Hypertrax Multi-Functional Traction Device in February 2023. I used it for almost a year now with no change at all regarding neck stiffness, tension, soreness or flexibility. Also it is quite noisy so it is even hard to relax. I should have never bought it.

Great tutorials about products, excelent videos and it seems like good price, but i still have to receive the product and try iy out to chek the quality of it
