Ordered new oil boiler at 7.30 in the evening and it was delivered next day at 10.30 in the morning. The young man delivering brought it to the back of the house for me. Excellent all round.

Item was out of stock when I ordered, however manager sourced the product at another branch if I wanted it sooner than ordering in. Very helpful and well communicated. When the new stock came back in, it was quickly communicated to me, staff were friendly and carried the bags to my car, (bags of salt for ice/snow). Very professional service!

Placed my order on line and was advised by email that it was not stocked in store but it had been ordered in. Haldane Fisher continued to advise me by email how my order was progressing. I found this really helpful and the staff finally contacted me by phone to let me know my order was ready to collect. The staff were so nice and helpful.

Your online site does not speak to your actual stock. I bought aggregate stones online. It said I had bought them. Took my money. I drove all the way over to find they had been sold. Then Bangor branch online said they had 43 bags. My brother went for me... guess what.. 0 bags in stock. WTF. Raging I was.

Ordered 2 bulk bags of top soil
Ordered 2 bulk bags of top soil, which according to the website was rich in nutrients and promotes drainage. Perfect for establishing lawns. The soil was very pale, so low nutrient and full of stones. Not at all how the website portrayed it. Haldane fisher might have replaced it. But I didn't have time to waste in getting it replaced cause of the weather so I screened out the stones myself and mixed in compost. Won't be purchasing from them again.
