Exchanging very easy

Ordered shorts a size too small but the ability to exchange for a size up (rather than just return and then re order) was really smooth and appreciated

Great clothes, awful service.

Honestly, the clothes are amazing. But it’s taken about two weeks for them to process a refund for a faulty item with absolutely no communication. Automatic emails with updates would have been the very least I’d have expected but u didn’t even receive a confirmation email that I made a return.

The brand is declining more and more

The brand is declining more and more. I've returned more products than I've kept and the quality is getting worse. Most recent purchase was their Crest Joggers that were under sized in the leg length and had black fabric dye all over the grey joggers. They were also that thin that my Lidl pyjama joggers were of the same quality

I love gymsharm

I love gym shark do much there quality is amazing its basically all I own clothes wise only thing is a walk in shop that I can go in near me in the uk but other than that there fast delivery is mental I got an order in 1 day .

I would like some assistance please

I would like some assistance please. I have contacted on the live chat but seem to not be getting any further information.

I had a referral link, which I followed the link, typed my email and it mentioned that you would contact me via email. I then placed an order with £77+ (order number provided in my email to customer service), and I have still not received my £10 voucher through via email.

I have contacted support to be told that I did not meet the T&C but did everything as I should that reads on your website. This was my first order, I went through the link provided to me, typing in my email address so unsure why I have not received. Can this please be escalated and please someone tell me what I have not met and not provide me with 'we are not able to disclose this'. I am contacting you for an explanation as to why now, after I have placed an order, you are saying I do not meet the T&C for this when I have done everything correctly.

It seems that no one is able to explain or assist which this issue. I followed everything as the website states and still not received my voucher or had anyone to assist, I get the same copy and pasted message which lacks any personal touches to the customer service.

I look forward to hearing from someone.

2 out 3 deliveries never arrived

Honestly if my son didn’t like the brand I wouldn’t order from them. My first order was late November for Christmas presents, never arrived had to get a refund and reorder due to not having the products available again.

This time ordered presents for my son’s birthday and the delivery got lost again.

On both occasions you have to use the bot chat and when you get through to a person still on chat the helpfulness is very limited- there seems to be no accountability

Gymshark Incompetency

Long story short, I placed an order with Gymshark and needed to change delivery address. Got in touch with them within the first 15 mins as they stipulate but was told they could not change address and could not cancel order. Was told to get in touch with the courier as but Evri cant change it either so was then stuck in a very frustrating loop. Customer service at Gymshark useless and sounded like AI bots and then had the cheek to say they wont refund for the issues and that i need to purchase with them again to get items delivered to correct address!!! Surely this issue happens all the time and as a large company they should have the ability to sort it. I am now having to go via trading standard complaint as businesses should not be able to get away with this nonsense not to mention the fact that their clothing items are not even great quality
