First class gym in Kirkcaldy. Staff always friendly, always smiling and so helpful. Heads up to my personal trainer Kelly (Kel’s Coaching) who is AMAZING!! And the onsite massage therapist Carol, you have to book a massage with her! Sublime!

Been going to the Kirkcaldy gym now for over a month. Great choice of classes. Very good instructions with great knowledge, energy and attitude. I have the elite membership and its well worth the money. Really enjoying my experience

Has everything you need along with friendly helpful staff and a great atmosphere. Easily one of the beast gyms I’ve been in. Always absolutely spotless and the sauna and steam room are top notch. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The place is a bit tired and could do with a bit of updating. I’m not a fan of the lighting it’s too dark and don’t find the coloured lights much good. Some of the instructors seem a bit fed up but are pleasant enough.

Anytime I’ve asked for help whoever is available is very willing to help me.

Disappointed as I can’t join Gym64. I was a previous member of the Kirkcaldy gym but unfortunately I fractured my femur and had to cancel my membership. I then rejoined
Just over a year later and paid around £300 to cover the cancellation from the previous membership and joined again, but a month later and unfortunately I came back too early and injured myself again. It’s been a few years since then and I’m fully recovered now and was hoping to join again as I love gym64 but it won’t allow me to join, this must be because I cancelled again but I can’t justify paying over £700 for 2 months of training unfortunately. Sad times.

Absolute fantastic gym. The staff are friendly and always welcoming. I've never been so happy to go to a gym before. It's only been a month and due to the help from my PT I've gotten results already. Highly recommended to anyone

Good gym, very friendly staff. Clean and machines are self explanatory.

I really enjoy the friendly environment there among the staff and the good vibes the team gives off, the gym is well maintained, machines will appear and relocate overnight, the app works well and is simple enough to use, overall a really good place to get a pump

Clean and lots of equipment so even at the busiest times you don't wait long to complete a workout. Staff are friendly and always happy to help with any requests or issues.

Amazing fantastic team and facilities

The gym itself is a good set up and plenty of machines, I feel there is a lack of staff around the gym. If you want to know how other machines work etc there isn’t anyone around to ask. Me and my daughter had a basic induction so a lot of the equipment we are not able to use as unsure of how too. I think you have to book another induction.

Out dated barbells, aka only stiff bars or extra bendy Olympic bars

I’m thinking of moving to another gym since they installed the new flashing lights in gym. It’s very off putting and way too dark for working out now. The flashing lights make me feel sick

I liked how friendly the staff are and getting a good workout, but what I disled was when I was in the changing room I tried to put in my pound coin for the locker to put my stuff in and it didn't work also I was going to do a workout on the rowing machine but wasn't working properly so I had to go on something else, and there was an issue going on with the music playing but I saw the staff are aware and going to solve that problem.
