This product does not work when it snows. Please save your money it is a scam and a rip off.

The crew was there on time and did a quick job but some of the slant in the gutter in the front seems to be a little too much. The sales person might need a little more information about what the crew can and cannot do. There was a section that they could not do because of electric/cables coming into the house.

Installer Shawn is very professional and takes pride in his work. We were lucky to get him. Thanks for a nice job.

I was happy with Gutter Logic. It started out a little rough because the person who initially came and gave me my estimate left the company, so I left messages at that number three times with no response. I finally called the 800 number and was put back in touch with an area representative. The installers were excellent. They were professional and did a good cleanup job. While installing they found a rotten board and the company was going to charge me for a replacement. When I told them that I felt this should have been found while doing the estimate, the representative immediately said there would not be a charge after all. Overall, the experience was pleasant and I would recommend Gutter Logic.

Had a good experience with this company, quoted the project, kept in touch, called to schedule, was on time, completed the job, cleaned up when finished. Would highly recomend.

The crew did a wonderful job. However, there was a communication breakdown from when I signed the contract and when the work actually got done.

The scheduling team needs to tighten up the ship when it comes to communications.

The salesperson was a liar. They just want to make a sale and will tell you anything to make that happen. Do not go with this company. They contract out the work anyway. Instead go to a local small business so they get the money. This company is awful. However the person who installed the gutters was great. But not affiliated with this company.

Our overall experience was mostly positive. A salesman met with us and laid out why their product was superior. Beyond that, they are owned by veterans which means a lot to us. We were told to expect the installation team to arrive in 9 days between 9 am and 12 pm.

I received a phone call the day of the installation where I was informed there was a supply issue and the job could not presently be completed. I was mildly disappointed: could I have been alerted sooner? Is this how a business that is owned by veterans communicates with customers?

Approximately one week later, our gutters were ready. The installation team was professional, friendly, and did a great job. We love our new gutters but just had that setback during our job.

During our project we consulted with the number of folks who came out to give us an estimate for repair replacement gutter guards etc this particular vendor gave us many options. The best option replace the front with 6 in we hang the rear which the gutters were in good shape and three rehang the garage gutter and use the screen gutter guard on the areas where the trees are. This was the most honest and intriguing conversation gave us many options allowed us to successfully complete the project in a timely manner and that or around our budget.

This was an easy process. Sales person and men that did the work to put up the gutters were all professional and did a great job.

I mentioned I needed a quote for gutters and within a few days I had a visit from a great representative who answered all my questions and concerns and educated me about my current gutters and their state of needed replacement. Paul was able to get my gutters installed within 24 hours. I couldn't believe it. WOW, the friendly technician came as promised did and excellent installation. I smile every time I look up and see the beautiful new gutters replacing the horrid plastic ones on the home when I purchased it.

Very fast process, from setting the appointment to completion of job. The sales rep was professional and explained every available option. No pressure sales tactics, just very informative. The crew was early, cleaned up well, and were gone in no time. Communication was excellent. Very satisfied overall and will recommend without hesitation.
