It would be great if someone like a manager would follow up on project completion and any questions, concerns.

Installer scratched my metal roof ! He used a ladder with the stabilizing arms with zero padding or rubber. It was metal on metal. Installation was on a second home and I arrived 45 minutes before the scheduled time. If I had been present it would never have happened. When I arrived they were 90 % finished. He still had the defective ladder on the roof. I could see AND hear it scratching !! No reason to use that ladder. Easily reached with an 8 foot A frame. I had to run to the metal roofing store and buy touch up paint that matched and repair myself 15 separate damaged areas that were easily seen from 20 feet away. If this had not happened my rating would have been a 5 star. End result and product were great. I was given a promise by the salesman that my roof would not be damaged and arrival would be between 1pm and 3pm. Neither promise was kept. Bad taste in my mouth from what should have been totally positive. Installers were nice guys but careless.

On the original install date and time Aug./18/2021, no one showed up, no one called. After calling all the phone numbers I had, finally reached someone who told me that the person who was supposed to do the job was let go for not being reliable. Promised to call with a new install date, did not hear from him until I called (3 times) on the third call spoke to Mike who set up install date on Sep./7/ 2021 8:00 -9:00 am. Two very nice guys did show up that day at around 2:00 pm from a different company (not Gutter Logic). They did an okay job with slightly inferior materials than was presented to me originally. Brackets were supposed to be 2 feet apart, they are approximately double that and yhey are not as sturdy as I was originally shown.

Gutter Logic installed new gutters and leaf protection to my house. They quoted and installed within a week. Quick, professional and high quality.

I have had the dome mesh installed on 130 linear feet of my original gutter. First let me say the salesman for Gutter Logic was fairly knowledgeable about this type of gutter protection even though he stated they sell more of their solid coverage systems. This was my choice considering the particular area of tree debris and years of cleaning certain gutters most often and the type of items that I would find. The installation only took two guys about 2 hours including the time it required them to fix areas that did not look or seem very professional ie… bent fasteners, some hammer marks on gutter faces, packing material that got wind blown throughout the yard and flushing of effected downspouts. All of which I had to ask them to do! Time will tell if this investment is worth the cost.

The initial installation crew was polite and efficient. However, during the first heavy rainstorm, it was easily noticeable and quite upsetting that much rain was getting behind the gutter and running along the house fascia. Above the front stairs, the rain was actually entering under the shingles and flowing into my attic and out through the soffit vents. Obviously, this was not good and defeated one reason for the gutters, which is to protect the soffit and fascia. Either the rain guards were not allowing enough water to flow into them, or the installation was incorrect. I called for support, Gutter Logic was quick to return a team. They repositioned the gutters at more of an angle to allow water to flow to the downspouts faster. This did the trick on one run of gutter, another not so much. Gutter Logic returned and added more angle! This helped some but water is still flowing behind the gutter. The gutter itself is manufactured fine, but from my vantage point, I'm convinced their leave guard system is inefficient and a poor engineering solution. It simply doesn't allow enough water to flow into the gutter. Yes, it does a good job at blocking leaves and pine needles but it doesn't allow enough water through so it flows out the back of the gutter and some over the front. On the back of my house, I still have old 5" gutters with cheap Home Depot leave guards and I never have water getting behind the gutter! I would recommend the 6" gutter but definitely NOT Gutter Logics leaf guard system. Good concept but they need to re-engineer.

GutterDome/GutterLogic, simply put, has no competition regarding their product. All aluminum and surgical steel full stop, puts every other product to shame that are manufactured with plastics, eventually deteriorating over time. Don't be fooled by the competition! Their Customer Service exemplefies their pride of truly believing in their superior product from sales to customer satisfaction. The field crew are very meticulous ensuring the best workmanship doesn't fall short of promise.
Thanks to each and every one of you that I have had the pleasure of knowing. I gave my little sample to my neighbor who was quite impressed, as I, to finally see the resolve of gutter problems!

Nice people to work with , job well done

Had gutters installed last week. They weren't the cheapest or most expensive product, but I liked their system best... I looked at about 5 others. GL communicated well, treated fairly, and honestly throughout process. There were two minor issues in installation but they were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Gutters are working great!

Work order was followed to the letter; staff was knowledgeable, courteous and supportive. Warranty will be mailed to me. A good experience! G

Gutter logic did an excellent job of installing my gutters and downspouts. They arrived on time. The guys that did the work were very courteous and kept me up to date on what they were doing as I came out to check on them. Because of the size of the house I thought it would take them the better part of the day but they were fast. I think they were done in under 4 hours. They were very neat and clean. I am very happy with the work they performed.

After gutter protection was installed in July 2021 we had 2 heavy rains in August 2021 and the rain water ran down between the gutter and facia causing rain water entering home also the rain water ran over the gutter guard and onto the ground

The product was as nice, but the salesman was the most pushy salesman I have ever come across. He gave me a price and when I said that I was going to need to get more estimates he then drop his price. He was so pushy that it became uncomfortable. I told him once again that I would need to shop around he then dropped his price once again. At the point I had my fill of this guy. If I would had agreed to the first amount I would have put 1000.00 in his pocket. I had to walk away from from this pushy salesman. At this point regardless of how good his product is I wouldn’t use this company just because of the salesman. Don’t recommend this price gouging company.

The day came and went for the install and no call no show. I called at end of day and was given a phone number to a supervisor for me call to inquire what happened. Spoke w very apologetic install manager and made new appt, one week later. Fast forward to new day of install. Install looks really nice and gutters are as described, no complaints there. I came home from work to inspect gutters, I paid the crew and they roll off. I jump back into truck and go back to work. Later in day I was called by same install manager advising me that the crew was on way to install gutters. I laughed it off and told him the crew had completed job hours ago. Seemed like a bit of disorganization. After work I get home and as I walk up and down driveway I noticed no attempt to clean up or blow debris (nails, rusted small screws from old gutters) off of driveway.

I waited to review until it rained :) No drips around the end caps, downspouts flowing freely, and the guards are totally unobtrusive from the ground. The installers were polite and focused.

Gutters installed in 1 day, they had to return to finsh by putting in the screen guards, 1 man job. Ive been informed that if at any point, i fond somethong unsatisfactory, i may call and gutter dome will come out, investigate as well as fix the problem if related to gutter dome in anyway. I am a satisfied client.
