Quick and nice, only problem was Swedish Royal (was toyal before, now corporate half Danish) Mail had to stop the shipment an have me pay for another customs declaration.

Two fellow Guzzi restorers recommended Guzibits to help me with my restoration project.
I was dreading having to order things from the continent, so a UK based outlet that is prepared to source as many older parts as possible is a godsend.
It's early in my restoration project, so have only ordered a couple of times. I found the process of looking up the parts using the original Guzzi numbers and placing an order very straightforward. If I couldn't find something in stock, a phone call to a helpful human was just as straight forward.
As for prompt delivery, I don't think I've seen anything better.

Brilliant bit of kit, two into one exhaust, mistral pipes. Fitted perfectly, half the weight of the original through box. Only suggestion would be to sell the small oxygen sensor socket. I have fitted the oval gpr silencer system which mates up to the piping. Thank you.

Worst Web site ever. After a purchase, no information mail have been sent regarding order, even after giving order you can see any information about the order on Web site in your account. That is frustrating. What is more i have wrote a couple of e-mail regarding the issue but i have recieved none. Anyway my goods have arrived but was stressfull.

I have used Gutsibits often for new and used parts. Prices are always competitive and they are so helpful and knowledgeable.

The needed bike part was good, delivery time was good, only price could be a bit less devastating my pocket. Overall, I will come back

I have ordered a few bits for my 1969 V750 from the website and over the phone. Quick delivery and very helpfully.

Generally pretty good service, however it was over a week before I received the goods.

Gutsibits had the manuals I needed.
Just hope they mark the shipment with "books" next time, because those are free of custom charges in Norway.

The knowledge that I'm getting the right part, the correct oil etc. Price seems ok. My only gripe is the extra cost to post to Northern Ireland which is part of the UK.

Visiting the store was a great experience due to the outstanding service and expert knowledge. The parts are reasonably priced. Ordering by mail was seamless, with the items arriving securely. The service consistently impresses me.

Jo answered my questions very promptly and I was able to place and pay for the order very easily. the only slight disappointment was that the parts I ordered had to be supplied from Ital (Brembo) and as I live in Italy it would have been great if they could have been sent to me directly, however Jo said that they had to go via the UK.
