I have emailed twice since receipt of…

I have emailed twice since receipt of goods asking how to return a u/s item as per the e-address on the sales receipt - nothing. I have checked my inbox, etc for a undelivered or bounced-back mail but it appears both communications were transmitted successly. Pls advise.

Do not order from here

Ordered an exhaust i was told 2 to 3 weeks max 4 weeks later still no exhaust. No one answers the phone. emails answered once saying they will be in touch but nothing. Luckily I paid with my credit card so I will be claiming from them

I like this company, but...

I like this company, I want them to continue to succeed...
However, I recently received two replacement fuel injectors. Imagine my disappointment when they arrived in a small (non bubble wrap) jiffy bag. Inside the bag both injectors were in a clear, thin, small plastic bag, sitting together, with no other packing. The heavy metal parts constantly pushing against the small plastic connectors during transit.
A £300.00 order for genuine Marelli parts, plus £6 p&p. As I said, I want them to continue to succeed in business, but please, instruct the packers that these are electro-magnetic parts and should be better protected for transit.
Delivery time was okay as I understand they are busy at the moment and have closed the telephone lines temporarily.

Exhaust System

Ordered a Mistral exhaust system for my V85TT in March and the experience was honestly exhausting. Weeks of delays, ignored emails, unanswered calls and no clear updates despite repeatedly chasing for information. I ended up having to contact Mistral in Italy directly myself just to find out what was actually going on with the order.

Only after publicly commenting on social media did communication suddenly improve. Eventually it turned out there had been payment issues with the supplier, despite customers being told orders were progressing. For a high-value order, the lack of proactive communication was simply not acceptable.

To their credit, the exhaust did finally arrive and the product itself is excellent, but the customer service experience getting there seriously let the whole process down.
