Service parts for Triking three wheeler

I phoned to find out what parts were required for a normal service and quoted the engine number. The response was quick, knowledgeable and I ordered the parts quickly and with confidence They were dispatched the following day and arrived promptly.
The staff member was friendly and competent and put me at ease.

All good!

Nice people to deal with and my order arrived as scheduled.
I was unsure whether the Mistral V Boost would be a solution to the poor low speed fueling on my Guzzi V85TT courtesy of Euro 5 emissions compliance, but at the price it was worth a try rather than going to the expense of dyno work and a remap.
It appears to work, its not the ultimate solution but it is a significant improvement, certainly enough to make the bike a more pleasurable ride in situations such as heavy traffic, filtering, low speed corners etc and the excellent fuel consumption figures the bike achieves remain intact.

How's my order progressing folks...

I waited the full 28 days before I sent my reminder email to see how my purchase was proceeding unfortunately I think it got forgotten about,Jo sent me a return apology email and my part was sent the following day. I live in New Zealand so sent airmail which sadly doesn't have tracking.
I have on the other hand had no prior problems with my previous order of a headlight glass for my California.
Probably just an honest mistake.

I ordered a rear brake lever - still waiting, with no response!

I ordered a rear brake lever for a 2001 V11 Sport on the 5th of February this year. When I placed the order, I was told delivery would be around 2 weeks. On the 19th of February I was informed that the order for a 'plain aluminium' footbrake lever would take a further 2 - 4 weeks, but if I changed the order to a Black item instead, these were 'readily available' from Italy in about 2 weeks. On the 25th of February, after chasing the order, I was told 'not to worry, it's definitely on order, it'll be another 2 weeks'. Well that was 3 weeks ago! I have not heard from Gutsibits in the meantime. I have sent 2 emails over the last week, which have been ignored (typically I'm afraid). I have rang twice this morning, and let the phone ring, but nobody answered it. I just want to know when I will actually get the part! The bike is unusable until then!
