⭐ Worst Customer Service and After-Sales Support Ever!

My experience with Gunai has been extremely disappointing. The after-sales service is absolutely terrible. When I asked for help with the brakes, I received no support. When I asked about the battery, again, no proper response. I also contacted them regarding the controller and motor, but received no reply.

A company should stand behind the products it sells and provide proper customer support, especially when customers need assistance with important components of an e-bike.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Gunai. Think twice before buying from them, because if you need help after your purchase, you may be left on your own.

Save your money and consider another brand with reliable after-sales service. I would not buy from Gunai again.

Do yourself a favour, the day before the warranty expires...bring it back. I have mine 2 years now and there's not a single part that's not faulty and causing issues. Its rusting, cables snapping, battery and power non operation half the time, even the panel managed to stop turning on. I have spent the past 3 months trying to fix just about every part of this thing and its still in the shed while I get the bus

I bought an electric bike from gunai.store and received it with missing screws and a damaged battery. I contacted the seller multiple times via email and their website form, but got no reply.

The battery or the bike computer has now stopped working completely. I tried resolving the issue through Klarna, but even they could not get a response from the seller.

This is unacceptable customer service and I strongly advise others to avoid buying from this store. A product with defects and zero support is not worth the risk.

Been using the bike for 2 months and have had 2 punctures on the rear wheel (the tyre is very thin!). The repair shop said that there was no ribbon protecting the inner tube from the spokes. He said the wheel was not fit for purpose and virtually all the spokes were loose. I've tried to contact the company but there's no telephone number or address, what's app is their only form of contact which I did and the reply was 'are you looking to buy a bike' after I'd detailed all my issues. The build quality leaves a lot to be desired. For the same money you're better buying a 2nd hand better bike.

Received a defect ebike, i contacted gunai on whatsapp, they said they would send a replacement item to fix the issue. After a while they blocked me, and i never received anything. Scam company, buy from them at your own risk.

Scammer stay away cheap bikes terrible service. No help will be given if something goes wrong.
