Although the products I’ve received are flawless and as advertised, I was missing an item off my order. They didn’t inform me at all, it was only due to me reaching out that they then told me it was oversold. You would think this would be flagged at the point of dispatch. This feels dishonest to only reach out after people have noticed, I’m sure there are some customers missing product without being aware.

Great customer service, very efficient and accommodating

I submitted a fair and honest review to their website about a product I used for ~6 weeks. The packaging broke and I included a photo. The review was not posted on their website.

Their website may not be an accurate reflection of customer satisfaction.

It seems they have done well at social media marketing but in terms of actual quality products and more importantly customer care - they leave a lot to be desired especially considering the premium price.

Whislt the packing is lovely, the pumps for both the dish and hand dispensers are less than impressive. I've been using this product for a few weeks now, and honestly the frustration levels from using the pumps has made me revert back to what i whs previously using. I will never buy this product again. For the price it should be of the highest quality.

Poor quality and when I emailed this was the reply: (noting it has rendered my kitchen trio set useless as I am unable to have exact replacement). Never again would I purchase or recommend this company.

Our newest formulation for this product may have a thicker viscosity causing the pump to lose spring on some occasions.

We recommend flushing out the pump with warm water, this should assist with any blockages.

Should this not assist with the functionality of the pump could you please fill out the attached claim form linked here?

However, we do not have replacement pump with bronze design, we can only offer you a replacement pump in pure white colourway.

Once we have this information, we will promptly issue replacement pumps that match the colour of your bottles.

I received the kitchen bench trio as a gift. I love these products but the dishwashers liquid is next to useless. Does not bubble up at all and certainly doesn't remove grease from dishes.
I went onto the website and did a 3 star review, mostly speaking positively about the product but just mentioned my disappointment. They didn't post the review🤷‍♀️ These products are not cheap. Do better.

Disappointed!
I purchased 3 packs on line for a house warming present & it didn’t arrive in time!
I emailed them 4 days after placing my order (doing their customer service for them) to follow up my tracking, only to find out my order was on “pre order” as 1 line was out of stock, so my whole order was held. They offered to change the line which I did, only to be told they couldn’t for fill this offer ! The free gift was a shocker…Wild Orange (yum) Tinted (orange lips yuk) Lip Butter..defo one for the bin….

Very disappointing after sale service or shall I say, nonexistent service. Choose carefully and hope, on arrival, you’re happy with your purchase because you won’t get any after sales support. Product finishes are inconsistent (limited edition metallic finishes). Purchased Kitchen Trio in Bronze and White, spray was a different colour to pumps. Looks a little off. Reached out to company but haven’t heard back.

I had issues with my product and tried to resolve it, but the customer service was awful and I ended up just being ignored. Would not recommend the dish wash to anyone! It is not useable due to not having the ability to remove oil/fat from any dishes. Expensive mistake.

Purchased for me as a gift.
I’m now completely addicted and have it throughout my home. Highly recommend:)

I tried Al.ive’s products whilst at a friend’s place & immediately decided to put in an order. I have since made several orders. Whilst they are not cheap, they are wonderful quality. I did have a problem at one point, but they communicated well and sorted it showing terrific responsibility. They deserve recognition as trustworthy! Products are more economical in ‘bundles’, then purchasing refills, as the packaging is a delight to have on display in the home. They have a wide range of products - eg personal, bathroom, kitchen, travel, cleaning…even for babies/toddlers! It’s well worth a visit to their online store.
