Love the rings

Love the rings! Haven't wore them yet since we're waiting until we can put the rings on each other. Got here quicker than expected and quick and helpful customer support.

Product not received, over 3 weeks now.

I purchased an item on 12/16/21. It appeared that the item was in stock and in the US, although to be fair that was not explicit on the website. I paid for express shipping in order to get the product before Christmas. After Christmas, I inquired about the delivery and got a tracking report that said the item was in Kiev, Ukraine. I have followed up twice with Gullei and while they do reply promptly, they offer no update or explanation as to whether I can expect delivery. There has been no movement on the shipment tracker since 12/23/21 and it is now January 8th. I am hopeful that my $35 was not wasted on a scam. It really feels like a scam at this time. I will update this review if and when I receive delivery of my product. Needless to say, I am disappointed and will not buy from this vendor again.

Please note that only few orders from one of our overseas warehouse suffered delays last month when due to new covid variant situation thousands of domestic flights were cancelled which caused a backlog with USPS but new delivers do not have any issues now. This is a awful website

This is a awful website! I was so excited to receive my order until I opened it and realized that it was completely wrong! The wrong bracelets and another couples name on them!! Please do not waste your money on this bullsh**! I am beyond livid!
