These guys are the worst - avoid

These guys are the worst. Please do not do business with them. They talk a big game in selling you, especially on ROBS, but when they ultimately move to implementation it is a hot mess. You can never get anyone to answer your questions directly, everything has to be escalated which takes days, and it concerns be about the compliance of the plan. I'm researching other providers as we speak.

Do not do business with them.

Have been with them for a long time out of necessity and needing record keeping services for the 401k plan. I have watched the customer service go downhill in the last 3 years. The people over there take forever to get back to you and honestly do not seem too smart. They are constantly trying to upsell more services. It’s difficult to get a real person on the line. And they’ve made mistakes with my plan. Now I am rolling back my 401k plan and they are even slower! Agree with other comments. I had some documents they gave me to sign and I needed to crop and reformatted them myself before signing. They are either total incompetent or maybe ever worse, intentionally slow to get another month of fees. I would not recommend doing business with this financial organization.

Trying to close 401k

Trying to close empty, inactive 401k now for approximately 6 mos and their responsiveness is abysmal. Have to keep prodding, calling, emailing...and days or weeks before they respond.
But their monthly fee is right on time every month!
They are not good trusted partners.

The company did mistakes in 401K…

The company did mistakes in 401K funding closure and currently dealing with IRS to clean up their issues. On repeated follow up by email or phone, the company is completely non-responsive.
