I was under the impression I was purchasing a SuperBox S5 MAX Smart TV Box. What I received is a google androidtv streamer which is false representation of goods to be received.
The so called support/customer service isn't any better. Tried to return item but got the run around.
They lost all our money with an avocado farm in Australia, we will get nothing back, total scam would not trust them with a single dime. They originally claimed we were going to get over 10% annual returns for 10 years, but ended up loosing our whole original principal investment, over $140,000 lost, they mismanaged this investment completely. Total scammers.

I am set to loose my money on the Avocado farm. They claim that they do rigorous research but I guess it is zero. They also have no remorse and are not standing up to pitch in for the losses.
Beware of this company- they state that they do vigorous research and present only the best options. Their Australian Avacado and Citrus Farms have gone under and in receivership. Big mess and many people are losing all their money.
The first problem is unclear information about payment methods. There is no description how many bank account users can add and there is no description about withdrawal process and holding period. After registering my account I was notified that I`m not eligible to link my bank account. The reason was obscure, because my account is approved and accredited.
