Recieved flowers on mothers day from my grandaughter. Flowers half dead when they arrived. Felt awful for my grandaughter who was here when they arrived. Would not recommend.

Absolutely awful - no flowers arrived for Mother’s Day, and when they did arrive, what showed up was a disgrace. £52 spent for what turned out to be a terrible disappointment.

Terrible experience with this company in the run-up to Mother’s Day – I had a problem with my order but the company were completely uncontactable. I sent five emails within the space of two days but no response. There’s no phone number to call - the flowers were delivered to the wrong address and were damaged when they arrived. No one from the company has responded to my messages. I strongly advise others not to use this company for ordering flowers, they are an English company, not based in Guernsey. As someone from Guernsey it’s embarrassing that people outside of the island might think that this is the best the Island has to offer - truly awful service - do not use this company

Quick update: two weeks later and this still hasn’t been resolved. No contact from the company despite emails and no number I can ring to sort this out.

I ordered a large bunch of white fressia's 4 friend 70th Birthday, flowers arrived, in not great condition, also paid for a card, with a nice message to go inside, but was not received, emailed them, took ages for them to answer, when they answered they gave some excuse about the system not sending the card, we will give you a refund for card, or, send your friend another card with message, (days after her Birthday) unacceptable I said, I ordered online the flowers & card, as I could not get to shops as I have bad illness, I then emailed back & asked as a kind gesture would they send me bunch of flowers, as it was their error, I never got my refund for card, & never got an answer to my email, I am disgusted, they seem to take your money (which was £56) & any problems they cause, do not want to do anything about it, not even curtesy in answering emails, I will never use them again, as of their rudeness in totally ignoring customers problems, & ignoring answering customers emails, BEWARE I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They took the money quick enough but the Mother's Day flowers never arrived. When I contacted them they said there was some sort of error at their end but that was the last I heard from them. Three days on and several emails later and still no reply. Truly terrible service.

We sent my sister 50 white freesias for her 80th birthday.
The flowers arrived on time, in tight bud, and, for more than two weeks, have filled her house with fragrance. She was absolutely delighted with them.

Decided to treat myself to 30 stems of mixed Guernsey long stem freesia flowers. They were absolutely beautiful and the scent was amazing. Totally delighted and will certainly purchase more flowers from this lovely Company in the future

Previous orders of freesias have arrived mostly aa buds but this time they were mostly opened in flower and disappointedly did not last as long

Ordered as a surprise St Valentine's Day gift for my beautiful wife...and the flowers arrived promptly, beautifully packed and what's more, they lasted for nearly two weeks.

If you don't deliver Saturdays, then don't let people select that day

My husband has ordered freesias from Guernsey Flowers for years. The bouquets are always carefully packed and the flowers are gorgeous and last for ages.

Beautiful flowers sent promptly to a friend who was feeling under the weather. She was so happy with the good number and lovely fragrance.

We have brought flowers from Guernsey flowers for several years and every time the flowers arrive on time and in pristine condition. This occasion was no exception, the long stem freesias arrived looking fantastic and over a week later still look and smell fantastic. Will also add ordering the flowers is a simple process, a few clicks through the website and the order is placed, hassle free.

I paid £50.90 on 14th February for flowers to be delivered on 17th February. When the flowers were not delivered by 18th I sent two emails requesting information but received no reply. The flowers eventually arrived on 19th. My friend was very disappointed as she was having an operation on her wrist on 18th and was therefore unable to take the flowers out of the box and arrange them. The joy and surprise of sending flowers was ruined as I had to phone to find out if they had been delivered or left with a neighbour. I was very surprised that my emais were ignored and I expect to receive a refund.
