The flowers arrived ten days earlier than booked, most of them were dead already and not in the promised condition.
Do not believe a word this company says about their delivery and quality, its disgusting!

I ordered 50 freesia stems as a surprise pick me up for my Aunt - who had just lost her husband. I asked for next day delivery - from Guernsey to Warwickshire (England) - and sure enough, the most stunning vibrant display arrived on her doorstep. I could not have asked for a more efficient service and beautiful gift. I was shown a photo of them - they looked amazing, fresh and you could just smell the fragrance (but I'm sorry, I can't post the photo as it includes too many faces. But what a treat. I have used this company for many years - and one can always rely on top quality here

I chose freesias to send to my sister because she loves the fragrance and she was delighted with them. They have flowered for ages and the stems are long so easy to arrange in a vase.

Absolutely beautiful flowers. I sent them to my Mum for Mothering Sunday and they still going strong. Would thoroughly recommend Guernsey Flowers as they never disappoint!

All recipients of the flowers I purchased were very happt with the choices I made regarding the bouquets.

I’ve used this company three times recently having coming across their website. Every delivery has been perfect and the flowers are of outstanding quality. Definitely my go to florist for the foreseeable future!

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day which arrived on the requested day. Mum was delighted by the mix of colours, and by the scent. The flowers perked up quickly after their journey and lasted for about a week. Would definitely order again.

Ordered a bunch of Freesias for my wife. They arrived very promptly, and were well packaged, including the extra vase I had ordered. The flowers themselves were beautiful, and the heavenly scent lasted for well over a week. Will definitely order more at some point.

I made a mistake when ordering and sent the flowers to the wrong address! Guernsey Flowers emailed immediately and offered to send the flowers again - to the right address- free of charge!

Ordered flowers on Friday 13th March, with guaranteed DPD delivery selected for Sunday 15th March (Mothers Day).
The tracking failed to update, to show despatch (on the Shop app) and no flowers were delivered (either on Mothers Day or the subsequent 7 days).
After 3 unanswered emails (on Mothers Day evening, the following day and the next day) I contacted my bank and disputed the payment.
Finally on Sunday 22nd, after leaving a one star review, I received an apologetic email blaming a technical fault, which meant their “florists” failed to receive the order.
Sadly their offer of a replacement bouquet is too little, too late, as I’ve received my refund from the bank and will never order with them again.
It’s not difficult to sell flowers online, but if you do and fail to deliver, you deserve to be called out for it.
Looking at other recent reviews, it seems that one review in 5 appears to be regarding non delivery.
Further enquiries have uncovered that Guernsey Flowers By Post are using a commercial florist (Occasion Flowers Wholesale in Smethwick, Birmingham) to fulfil their online orders.
This company also fulfills Deliveroo orders as well as selling directly online.
Please be aware of this, if considering ordering, as the flowers are being despatched under “drop-shipping” model, which explains why there isn’t a commercial address or telephone number listed for the company.
Guernsey Flowers By Post doesn’t appear to be a UK limited company, nor does it appear to be despatching the flowers themselves; this explains the delay in progressing the order or addressing the non-delivery.
All the above is a truthful and honest review of a really poor experience.

Excellent quality, lovely flowers; delivered on time

Ordered my wife some beautiful fuchsia’s for Mother’s Day. Came safely boxed and have opened up magnificently over the last few days.
Almost a week and still look amazing.
Would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Ordered some flowers for Mother's Day to Guernsey, never recieved any flowers, its been 5 days now and I've emailed multiple times with no response

really dissapointed, would reccomend not using this company as the customer service is shocking, they don't even have a number you can call either
