First of all shout out to Reyna Parra for her help and a very light and joyful phone interaction with her.

Not for me but for my partner who is also insured through VUMI. He had surgery last year. All we did was give his insurance coverage and company, that's it. We don't have to chase an agent or do endless paper works. The smoothness of the process helped a lot in an already stressful situation. Kudos to all.

Despite several tries to make my credit card payment I had to have someone call me to take ALL the details (passport numbers, pre-existing conditions,etc.) which was very time consuming and I never did find out what the problem was. Then I received a possible fraud notification from my credit card company.
I hope this a reputable company.

Great communication

I found the communication very poor in my claims process with Diego. The process was very disorganized, and many things fell through the cracks without my constant reminding. The insurance I bought from them, Vumi, was also very difficult with my doctors and have them a terrible experience. One of my doctors fired me as a patient because of it.

Reyna was really helpful and got me everything I needed really fast
