Sends wrong products and doesn't refund
I ordered 10 rings from this company and several came in the wrong sizes. Upon asking for an exchange they told me that I would have to buy them again, but that they would give me a small discount. One of the rings also had a jagged sharp piece sticking out that sliced my finger wide open! Would not recommend buying from this company. You could probably find these rings at a flea market for a better price and less hassle.

Bad Chinese Drop Shipper
This company is a Chinese drop shipper that charges a ridiculous mark up on their items. Everything they sell can be found for cheaper on Aliexpress. Customer service is the worst. Two weeks of multiple emails for them to respond to a request for refund. When they do respond they will push for you to accept a discount instead of a refund. They claim free refunds but you have to pay for shipping back to China. I will never purchase from this business again.

Exceptional Customer Service
I've been a customer of Gthic.com rings for a few years now. I've purchased more than 20 rings and enjoy my ever increasing collection and am appreciative of all the compliments I get on them. Recently I needed an item to help display my rings and was unable to find the exact item I needed anywhere. I purchased a couple of things off Amazon, but they just didn't work out right. I reached out to Eunice in Customer Service, and she was able to make it happen. It took some extra effort on her part, but she stuck with it and I am so grateful to her that she went above and beyond with her service when she didn't really have too. You just can't beat gthic.com with their quality and reasonably priced products, and apparently their customer service is of equal caliber. Thanks again Eunice.

Poor quality, fast-fashion, terrible customer service
This company is Chinese-based fast-fashion - overproduced, poor quality items and customer service, marketed as an American store. I ordered some pants and the sizes were incredibly restrictive and misleading. They were absolutely tiny, I wear an Australian size 10, usually in the small to medium range, and their size LARGE pants didn’t fit me. When I asked for an exchange for a larger size, they encouraged me to spend a lot of money to return the items and then decided to tell me that they didn’t have any larger sizes. Not to mention they also tried to sell me more items and avoid my questions when I was trying to get an exchange and then a refund. I would highly recommended not purchasing from this company and instead finding a local, trustworthy retailer.

I received a ring that was exactly what I expected however it was too big, I emailed the company about returning the product in exchange for a larger size and they pretty quickly got back to me stating that they could give me a 50% off voucher rather than me having to pay for shipping the item back. To this I agreed! However after being offered this I heard nothing back.. I've emailed about 5 times over three months and heard nothing and I'm very disappointed as this was a birthday present for my boyfriend...I've also heard good things about their customer service so it seems like this is just a me problem so I'm hoping this will be resolved soon. I didn't want to have to leave a bad review but hoping this will get a reply from the company??

Great service and friendly customersupport.
Even though the delivery got send back to GTHIC without me knowing anything about it they did not mind and just send my order again.
They even noticed me the package was ready for pickup eventhough the delivery service did not!

Bought a ring and it arrived surprisingly fast. The quality and design of the ring are great. It also came in a cute jewelry box and a thing to measure the ring size (which is super useful!).

Good quality, good presentation, good delivery.
I ordered a bunch of rings from GTHIC and they've been pretty great. They came in a useful presentation box with a pouch to store them in, and the delivery even came with a ring size measuring device. The quality was consistently good and matched well with what was presented on the website, and delivery timeframes were reasonable given they were travelling internationally.

Quick delivery and unique jewelry. I have in the past had a hard time finding male jewelry that I liked but this website and the pricing was really affordable. The only issue I had was the red and black paint wore off of the ring after a few months. But the ring itself is sturdy and durable. Definitely like the variety.
