Had to exchange the cutter head received the new cutter head within 24 hrs excellent service excellent machine

I recently purchased an Air Ram 3 Platinum Vacuum, this for me is a very good little machine and is everything that is it described to be.
When I compare this to the Vax Units I now own or have owned in the past this is a world apart for its performance, build quality and comfort of use, this being said by a now retired former Engineer.
I'm scratching my head over these fragrance capsules it comes with, they do not last long and replacements from Gtech are very expensive for what they are, for the price of a pack of 6 you can buy a dozen tins of Air Freshener that would outlast these 10 times over, I guess it is just a way to part fools from their money?

Lawnmower CLM50. Absolutely Useless. The rotor blade is only half a blade!! and was blunt!! It just sweeps the grass, rather than cutting it. Despite fully charging it on receipt, before using it, it ran out after just 20 mins. Sent back immediately for refund. Very disappointed as have purchased multiple vacuum cleaners, which have been fine.

I have been using various Gtech products for a number of years from the first small SW range then Air-ram Dm 001 AR02 the AR2 AR20 which has done me proud until it gave up the ghost .not the motor the little metal cog plastic fixture for the brushes failed spinning metal and plastic don’t mix
I have purchased a new AR2 AR47 and to be total honest its not a patch on the previous AR20 it feels cheap and nasty as its going to fall apart , the charger to is of poorer quality to the others plus made in China , cost cutting has does nothing to make me feel this company is as British as they come, the company , is always air-ramming , it is British built , but after finding made in China on the charger makes me wonder again if true , this is also reflected with the price of it has If I remember correct The AR20 was about £229 and much better quality
this is not a complaint its an observation of products from first conception to the present day
I see the founder of Gtech (Grey Technology), stepped down as CEO after 25 years in charge to return to his design roots, overseeing the company's product engineering and design arm. lets hope he keeps it all here and not farm out to other countries,
I hope this new one last as long as the last one did and this may restore my faith in not just Gtech but in UK Great Britain alone.

product easy to put together as it came in a smallish box but like I said the feel of the goods putting it together told me cheap nasty flimsy etc

Gtech are a very good company, delivery was very good, I love my Gtech vacuum and will always buy Gtech when I have to replace my old one

G Tech are a very good company. I have the trimmer, lawnmower(the little one) and the drill. The trimmer and lawnmower are great but trying to get used to the drill is frustrating. I just want to put the screw into the drill and it erm drills. Find it weird how you have to faff around with it, maybe one day I’ll get used to it. Love the way the lawnmower cuts the grass and it doesn’t need a box to collect the grass in, this comes in handy around my aunties grave as the workmen in the cemetery can’t be arsed to cut the grass anymore.

Ordered a HT50 Hedge Trimmer at 2pm 21st July, received it at 2pm the very next day! Easy to put together with a first class instruction sheet, used the product next day and it was excellent.

I have been a long-term G tech customer, recently purchasing a G tech Air Ram 3.

My hedge trimmer has stopped working, battery recharged, and cleaned blades with wire brush and petrol

It will not engage and despite three emails since Friday, Gtech will not respond, included Nick Grey, to no avail.

Not good service, and as pensioners, money is tight, unusual for Gtech, but unprofessional

The company set up a product return via DPD on 16/07/26, i have emailed details of collection since but they respond to a Trustpilot review with a request for detailss, just how many times do i have to send them details for something they initiated? Company did get trimmer back but neither DPD nor Gtech advised me.

Bought a new hoover the white one. It's ok. Not worth the money . When it vibrates to clean filter it chucks dust and bits on floor so have to hoover again. Also when I took the top of hoover off to empty the actual top of hoover come off in my hand. Put back together but have to be really careful when emptying.not impressed at all.
I think the older gtech hoovers are better. Don't think this one will last very long.

In response to my review that I was on my third battery for my Hedge Trimmer, G Tech confirmed that the guarantee is restricted to two years. The batteries are
£55 each and have just lasted 2 years so I now have to buy a third in under 5 years. I also try to avoid buying
Chinese manufactured goods for no reason other than quality. My query re country of manufacture was ignored. I now understand that they are indeed made in China

My elderly parents bought one of these a while ago. My mum tried it but too heavy for her (fair enough). So I tried it today to help out…. Absolutely crap ! Struggled to cut anything, for how expensive this item was I feel my parents have been ripped off.
I did the job with my £40 middle of Lidl trimmer that was far superior.
Really disappointed

Item not received next working day as advertised. Contacted customer service to cancel order and issue refund. It has been 4 days and still refund not been processed. I could understand if I had returned but not refunding item not received and being made wait for refund is disgusting

I’ve had a Gtech strimmer for over 5 years which recently stopped working. Contacted Gtech who were extremely helpful and I simply had to buy a very reasonably priced new head. When u couldn’t remove the shroud from the original the man from support sent me a new one the next day at no extra charge. Couldn’t be more pleased. Also recently bought a Gtech hedge trimmer which is the lightest I’ve found and very easy to use.

Yeah great company to buy stuff from very good delivery service and the product itself is very well made and works very well. I have the G-Tech air ram 2 K9 and it picks up pet like no other hoover has done before. Im so pleased with it and was brought a while ago and still runs as if new.

I had a problem with my vacuum cleaner I spoke to a lady a gtech who sorted it straight away no ifs or buts. fantastic service I would give 6 out of 5 if possible

This is my second air fox within 12 months. My first one stopped working but because it was past the three months guarantee I HAD to take a replacement (I did want a refund but it was a big fat no) now the replacement has done exactly the same way.
Will I get a refund this time or will I have to take another piece of shoddy GTech equipment?
I’ll update when I know. But if you’re thinking of buying an air fox don’t waste your money.
Update: Still cannot get a refund. Why would I want another replacement for a product that is obviously of poor quality and doesn’t meet the requirements of what it is supposed to do.
In fact avoid this company altogether if you cannot obtain a refund on shoddy, poor quality, not fit for purpose equipment.
Trading standards it is then!
Update: offered replacement of a different type but why would I want another product from this poor sub standard company. They then tried telling the law, but it was lies (and as I used to work for trading standards I found this hilarious)
I now have my local trading standards looking into this cheap company and surprise, surprise they have other cases involving GTech.
Perhaps one of those consumer programmes would be interested.
If you’re thinking of buying from GTech then you do at your own peril and don’t expect to get your money back when you realise you’ve bought cheap, tacky, not fit for purpose goods.

I had a slight concern with my Gtec vacuum cleaner. I was answered fairly quickly by a representative who was friendly and helpful.

The lady took her time to understand my concern and invited me to email Gtech with a photo of the said part, whilst I was on the phone to her.

In a jiffy a resolution was provided without fuss and I couldn’t be more grateful and happier with the service provider.

Well done Gtech your after sales support is second to none!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
