I am writing to express my disappointment with the product I received from your company.
I received the pins on or after the 20th of May. Seven pins where ordered. Five out of the 7 pins were damaged. The connecting feature was broken. In addition, several pearls were missing from the pins. This was my first experience purchasing products from your company and it will be my last.
I was very disappointed. It took forever to get the merchandise, then to receive them damaged was unacceptable.
What is your process in correcting this wrong? The product quality was below substandard. Horrible !!

Charging speed is so fast! The packaging is also good, the headset is very delicate, and it is comfortable to wear on the ear.

I bought a Drone, it was completely different than advertised.
1. It doesn't have obstacle avoidance.
2. It's quarter the size claimed.
3. No GPS support therefore only an indoor toy for a child.
I'm on a War pension I don't have a lot of money.
I'm now stuck with something that I never ordered I demand a complete refund.
It took over a month to get, takes 3 days for an Astronaut to reach the moon, unsure where this was coming from.
I was under the assumption $Aus not $US.

On this website, I can find cool clothes and things that are popular right now. They don't cost too much and the people who help me are really nice.

The pictures show me exactly what I will get. So I can confidently buy the things I like.

Buyer Beware! I ordered a drone from this company based on the pictures and description from their website and what I received was something completely different. I went back and forth with their support desk and they finally agreed to refund my purchase price of $70.95, but of course I have to return the item to them in Hong Kong. The cost of parcel postage to Hong Kong is over $30 which to me feels like throwing good money after bad. I would never order anything from these people again and would caution anyone trying to do business with them to reconsider. Stick with online stores that are completely trustworthy like Amazon and do not deal with these scammers.

Update:
After going back and forth with these people, they finally offered a 50% refund without having to return the item. That's still nearly $36 for an E88 drone that you can purchase on Temu for $14.48. I believe this was their plan all along and I got scammed but that is the only money of mine that these people will see, ever. Make sure that you don't fall into the same trap and stay away from this company.

You are sending incorrect items, not stating that the price is in USD when advertising in Australia.
1. Declared at $14.99 and stealing $33.00 from my account.
2. Facebook was advertising a rechargeable powered screwdriver and a non powered cheap imitation delivered.

I started to buy something from this company but changed my mind and did not complete the purchase. Every day since January they send me this email: Order No 00019459:placed Jan 23 2024:Hi Terry McEntee,
You added items to your shopping cart and haven't completed your purchase. You can complete it now while they're still available.
I have sent them emails on numerous occasion to stop. Not had one reply. Hopeless

They are selling items which they don't have in stock. Recent purchase of a A810 camera which they will not send because they don't have it and they don't know when they will have it. Camera is still on sale also with option to pay extra for fast delivery! This is not the first time. I wrote to queries(at)gshopper.com and shared the order number WSG000037629 but they have no idea when it can be shipped.

They had a photo of black slides, but had white in the description. I caught it immediately when I received my order confirmation to make sure the shoes were black. I emailed them repeatedly and no answer. I emailed them to cancel my order due to lack of response and thay I would be contacting my credit card company. When I did receive an answer their response was ok, changed to white. WRONG! I asked to change to black. Then, they began processubg the shipment and offered a 40% discount on the shoes. Seems all from China, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO PHONE NUMBER. Gshopper and Greekstyle Apparel. BUYER BEWARE!
