I’ve been waiting since April 2022 for 4 years for $60 in interest. Foreclosure supposedly happened 2 years ago and now it’s a short sale. This company is a joke of epic proportions

This company seems to be a scam now by providing misleading descriptions of the loans. Basically 90% of the loans can not be paid as scheduled, and more than 1/3 or even more loans will be default... See more

At Groundfloor, we believe investing should be open to everyone, not just the wealthy or well-connected. Since 2013, we’ve been helping everyday people put their money to work through short-term, real estate-backed investments that typically deliver around 10% annualized returns. We were the first company qualified by the SEC to offer direct real estate debt investments to both accredited and non-accredited investors. That means whether you are just starting out or have years of experience, you can invest with the same transparency and control. So far, more than 270,000 people have joined us, funding thousands of renovation and construction projects across the country. Along the way, we’ve been honored with awards like the Forbes Fintech 50 and a spot on the Inc. 5000 list six years in a row. Our mission is simple: remove barriers, create opportunity, and help you build wealth on your own terms.

Good way to start into the Real estate business.
The site is easy to use and explains the investing model very simply.
Ground floor is great place to invest money. I like the loans and the stairs. I am making a steady income with Groundfloor.
Staff is always helpful when I need assistance of any kind. They’re patient and give me as much time as I desire. Their words are of a sort that are easily understood. I am comfortable in asking for assistance.
So far I am very happy with Groundfloor. My only suggestion is you need to have a hold account where you can have money in reserve apart from the auto investing AND your transfer of funds needs to happen faster!
Very happy with the short-term high-yield returns backed by real estate. Is the best way for safe investments!
So far so good. Legit. It does take a while for funds to transfer into your Groundfloor account
The problem I'm seeing is that all too often a property rated "B" has no "Skin in the game". That was not so in the past and I am leery of it.
I like to service make to work together thanks
Easy to understand and invest. Making money. So far so good!
Every easy to invest and get payment right to my account. Should have done this from the beginning
Groundfloor offers a great way to invest, whether you're seeking a savings account (through Groundfloor Stairs) or you wish to invest in real estate. You cannot go wrong either way. Good job, Groundfloor. Keep up the good work.
Zero updates on the status for default loans.
Good selection of deals. But they need better follow up on delinquent loans. Sometimes there is no updates for months and we investors are left in the dark.
I absolutely love the P2P concept of being the bank and directly investing into real mortgages. Also having the ability to buy actual private stock from the company. Awesome company and great ROI for investments
Great platform for investing your money with great rates of return. Once you get paid back from a loan just reinvest and watch your money grow!
Have slowly built up a nice size portfolio and currently getting a good stream of income.
I enjoy making a bit of money from time to time. And this is a nice way to do it passively
Received good return for my note investment on time everytime. LRO investment return turn into extention and made me wait longer than expected. Also like to see " Financial Condition" of the company (Groundfloor) on first sceen appears upon log in.
