I did not subscribe to anything after…
I did not subscribe to anything after buying womens shave kit. It doesnt shave well and then they took 19.94 from my credit card this month, without consent. Complained via email, you get a reply with a video explaining how to cancel the so called subscription. It doesn't work, won't let you remove your card details or cancel anything. Reported as fraud to credit card company. They are applying for a refund and have blocked them. Don't use its a con.

I emailed customer service after sharing order number , proof a purchase a replacement has been sent . No questions asked . Excellent customer service . I would highly recommend !

High hopes but disappointed with results
With summer on the horizon i thought I'd try this and had high hopes for it and a simple solution for baby smooth skin. Sadly im disappointed. While it seems quick, easy and practical, it doesnt give a close shave at all. It looks like im hair free and smooth but to the touch its nothing like it and i find, in order to be smooth, i need to resort to the old fashioned razor blade which pretty much defeats the purpose of me buying it. The trimmer is decent but again, even with the smaller head im having to go in with another razor. Yeah..... doesnt do what it says it does. Sorry!

When viewing advert it shows a man running razor over his head with about a weeks growth. Miraculously the hair is shaved in 1 swipe! Reality it pulls the hair & takes several passes. Complained & was told i needed to use the clipper 1st. Awful shaver & even worse customer service

Really good shaver
I have had various head shavers over the years but this is one of the best I use mine every two days and it's so easy to use fits in the hand comfortably and leaves a really nice finish. I always use a pre shave oil and I think this helps. It is also so easy to clean with the magnetic head l would clean after every shave.

Misleading and faulty products
Poor customer service with automated responses, faulty products, confusing website and subscription. Apparently if you sign up to their hygiene plan but, cancel it at any point you void the lifetime warranty on your razor. My razor is broken and now out of warranty apparently for this very reason. What a con what if you don’t need any replacement razor blades your tied into a subscription you don’t want.
Never getting anything from this company again and regret recommending them to a friend.

Starts off being a decent bit of kit, or so you think. Until you realise it required more cleaning and emptying than your older more out of date shaver. Takes longer and doesn’t cut as clean.
Stick to who and what you know. Back to the reliable Phillips for me.
The nail in the coffin was when it broke 2.5years after purchase. I have got shavers that have tripled that length of time and still work albeit dated, but still charge and power on. This thing broke halfway through cutting and then the after sales service was non existent, basically after a long winded apology email basically said we still sell the product but don’t sell it separately. But you can buy the whole kit again, no thanks I’ll take my business back to the reliable brands.

Misleading information on their website and a difficult website to navigate to manage your subscription and account.
The product itself is OK, not the best shaver, not the worst, hence the 2 stars. Their FAQs state that an order can be cancelled before shipping. This is not true. I tried to cancel a subscription order within an hour of it going through and have been told that it can't be cancelled because it has been processed, it hasn't been shipped.
I have been told that I can return for a refund but this seems a deliberate inconvenience to try to get you to keep the product.
Overall I would say avoid this company.

I upgraded from version 2.0 to 3.0, and as before, everything has stepped up a notch. I love the magnetic blade because it enhances portability, ease of use, and blade cleaning. Highly recommended.

Ordered on the 14th February 2026 sent me the replacement blade a month later with no free promotion lubricating oil as promised that was automatically added onto the order. They told me I had not paid for the oil that is why they did not send it? Why would I pay for a free oil? The order would not have successfully gone through at the checkout if I had needed to pay. They then ignored me for two months on email. After I threatened with legal action they responded to then be told my account was closed. What has that got to do with my free product. I received half of the order my account was active when the order was placed so that is irrelevant. They then went on to admit they had not sent me the oil and they would open a ticket and resolve this by either refund or sending me the item out. I said just refund me at this point I am not interested in an explanation or a resolution when I’ve been waiting three months. They emailed me saying I had not responded to them and if I don’t respond within 24 hours my ticket would be closed. I emailed them back with screenshots of my responses and demanded they keep the ticket open as I clearly have communicated back. They then email me saying the ticket is closed and marked as RESOLVED due to no response. I sent them the screenshots of me responding. I responded Everytime. They are liers and come up with different excuses. I have had to ask for a dispute chargeback with the bank which groom here will now try to argue that they resolved this with me knowing full well they didn’t. I have all proof on emails. And I still want my money BACK !!!!!

Go elsewhere - this company will spam you constantly and won't stop
I was initially happy with my shaver but the company has started inexplicably to spam customers who leave reviews and cannot or will not stop sending emails requesting reviews after you leave a review. Quite honestly it has now crossed the line into harassment. I'm cancelling my subscription and will find another product, it isnt worth it.
