Grippy Tyres Reviews 

Was working at home and didn't have the time to go out and get my tyres changed so decided to get grippy to come to me. Ordered online and they didn't have the tyres I'd ordered in stock so gave me the next model up for no extra charge. Fitter was polite and got the job done quickly. Will definitely use again.

I have had nothing but trouble with this company! Faulty tyres fitted and they have refused to come out and even look at them, as they are loosing pressure (only purchased the end of February) and I drive 6 miles a day! I have been accused of driving over a nail (pretty rare to hit both front tyres at the same time) and they are also trying to blame my alloys and have been told I have to pay for a garage to assess the tyres! The whole point of using this company is for the convenience! And why should I??
I have been told the Swindon depo is closed, however still featured on the website!!
A manager was supposed to call me back 10 days ago and I'm still waiting! I posted a previous review which was erased from Trust Pilot it was removed as there was no purchase reference, even though I sent my order confirmation details!
Looks like Mr Grippy only want good reviews on here! I have two faulty tyres which are fit for the bonfire. All I want is them replaced or refunded. I urge you NOT to use this company! Oh and they are also in the middle of being taken over by a different company hence the poor service!!

We had 4 new tyres at a cheaper price than anywhere on line. The fitter was really helpful and friendly and great to be able to have them fitted at work.
The service was so good we had 2 tyres fitted by Grippy the following week on my husbands car.

Ordered my tyre (at £192.00) and was told fitting was to be on 21st Jan but was contacted on 20th and told they were having a problem getting the tyre and the fitting was agreed for Sat 25th am. I waited in all morning and the fitter did not show up. I called Grippy's office and a lady told me she would look into it and call me back. No call back arrived so I called again and was told that they could not give me a date for my tyre fitting. Very disappointed and asked for my money back.
(I already spent nearly £700.00 with Grippy a couple of months ago when they fitted 4 tyres to my daughters car but again they had to change the fitting date even then. Their communication skills with customers is appalling.

First class service, very good price and very friendly staff. The fitter worked in the rain and made no complaints. Best price i could find on the internet for a well known manufacturer.
I have retired from the motor trade and i found this company very helpfull unlike others.

I had 2 Tyres fitted on my Vauxhall Zafira and from the first moment i was impressed with Grippy.
The prices that i was quoted were very competative whilst the communication & service was excellent. Jason who fitted my tyres was very friendly and helpful.

After seeing the glowing reviews about Grippy I thought it worth using them for the purchase of four new tyres. It is more in disappointment than anger (although there was some) that I can only say the experience was very far from good. Tyres ordered Dec 24th for fitment Jan 3rd - call on morning of that day to say tyres hadn't arrived. A real pain as arrangements had been made for the car to be available. Fitment re-arranged for 7th Jan - call again to say "no tyres", need to re-arrange for Wed 8th - [Name] eventually arrived around 6.00pm, took old tyres off - found he'd been supplied with wrong size replacements. Old tyres replaced back on car. Fitment rearranged for morning of Jan 13th, call received to say tyres again not been received from their supplier. After numerous further calls (from me by the way, rather than Grippy being proactive to keep me informed) tyres finally fitted in the early evening. Throughout the people dealt with were polite and very apologetic but it is frustrating that in each case of non supply my family's plans had to be disrupted. When things had gone from the sublime to the ridiculous I wanted to talk to the company's managing director, I was told no manager was available and the gentleman I was talking to did not know his MD's surname - incredible. In acknowledgement of the situation I received a credit in the amount of one tyre but I'd rather have not had a week of frustration and turmoil in my arrangements. This company only has one USP - customer convenience, fail on that count and they've not got a business. They've lost mine.

I have just had my tyre changed by a lovely man called Jay. The service was amazing, coming to my house and good price, but I just want to state how impressed I was with Jay. He rang to let me know what time he would be here, and then half hour before to let me know the exact time. When he arrived he was extremely pleasant and friendly. His service and manner was impeccable! He then rang me when the tyre was finished. These days people make a point of bad service, not many people acknowledge good service. I just wanted to say this guy was brilliant, and has really made my day. It's not often you have people who clearly enjoy enjoy what they do, and provide service with a smile! He needs to be acknowledged for his warm, friendly and polite manner! I will most certainly use your company in future, and recommend to everyone I know!
