Used these guys 3 times, twice had poor service. Won't try a 4th time.
Used these guys 3 times:
1st time - excellent service
2nd time - damaged my alloy, but they paid for it to be refurbed
3rd time (today) - called the morning before fitting is due to say they're not going to be able to fit my tyre because they don't have the right equipment on the van for my area

Thanks for sharing your experience with us and we're sorry that on this occasion it wasn't perfect.
As you have mentioned, after a previous excellent experience, the last time we fitted tyres to your car (very low profile tyres on an Audi R8) we damaged one of your wheels.
We held our hands up and accepted responsibility,were sincerely sorry for your inconvenience and paid to repair the wheel.
For your recent order,our regular tyre fitting partner who has the specialised tyre fitting equipment for these wheels and tyres was unable to attend on your chosen date and our other fitter's van equipment in your area is not suitable for fitting such specialist tyres.
We didn't want the expense of another wheel refurbishment or you to suffer the inconvenience of this possibility, so we declined the job, called you to explain ,refunded your money immediately. and suggested where you could have them fitted quickly.
Thanks Mohammed for using us in the past and sorry again that your recent experience wasn't perfect.

Great place to buy your tyres.
It is the second time I use Grippy Tyres for buying and fitting new tyres for my car. On both occasions they have been very well priced compared to their competition, but on the second purchase they really proved that they go above and beyond for the customers. Mark has helped me tirelessly since the day of buying, being proactive on my choice of tyres, through to follow up conversations to ensure I am happy. I can't recommend them enough!

100% good from start to finish
100% good from start to finish, helpful fitter, very efficient. Even pointed out where some butcher had damaged both my sills during a previous wheel change.
Was running a little late but hey! This is London and he was a busy guy 😎
