Horrible app. Lots of threatening weirdos who go around harassing or scamming others with no moderation- yet they ban my profile for no reason shortly after paying for an xtra subscription (with no way of a refund fyi). I read (and re-read) their private policy/terms and conditions, and saw no violations on my end. Surely some offended guy I ignored reported me for being a fake account, and no actual investigation was done on my behalf. Im sure they’ve implemented AI in their account suspension program, which is doing an awful job. Contacted them days ago about getting my account back- but I highly doubt I’ll ever hear back. In short- this app (and many of the people who use it) are garbage, both will waste your time and money.

These guys are straight up thieves. They take your money, ban your account for no reason, give you no recourse, support is practically non-existent. I am going to try a charge back on my card. Paid for a year and now can't even use the damn app.

Garbage with bots and constant spam.

Was great but then started with lots of spam and unwanted messages Grindr doesn't seem to do anything about the spam messages fake profiles are worse underage users I don't understand why there is no verification system on there to stop fake profiles spam messages and underage users Grindr don't care about users anymore it's just profits with ad after ad after ad

Fake profile reports not taken down, who are these people hiding behind these pictures and why. You people put people at risk no interest In safety. Report a profile daily I know the person and that person is in Thailand not sitting in Oxford with a fake name. Id should be uploaded to create a profile

Full of adverts and asking you to pay. Total waste of time. Removed the app and wont be using it. Keep well away from it

Constant adverts the app doesn't load properly. Not worth having. Even the paid version is just as bad. This time I won't be re installing again. Nothing changes or gets better, the developers of the app don't care anyway

I’ve removed myself several times, the last one was for good, no more. THIS APP DOESNT WORK! Hook ups are few, head games and BS are the thing here. If you’re on here it’s for one purpose follow through!

I’ve been scammed on grinder by a fake profile , I’m always careful but this guy / profile got me good

Grindr don’t have any safety systems in place to support it’s customers, but they do have huge amounts of information about each customer, including birth dates , email , bank , health etc.

What is wrong with Grindr what a silly question to ask first off the ads keep popping up and the features keep getting smaller and smaller second off I refuse to pay for a site with a bunch of stuck-up people not to mention a bunch of women on there it's disgusting and even if I was willing to pay I wouldn't pay what you're asking for that's ridiculous as well if you want this site to succeed open up a little bit more futures like who viewed me at least let us look at one person or three you even went as far as Explorer used to be three people you can hit up now one by doing this you think we're going to pay for a site that is as pathetic as yours is think again we do not want women on there it was meant for us the gay community gay men if women want their sight make Miss Grindr or some crap like that but keep them off of our site like I said Grindr is pathetic another thing is when you ban somebody you should let them have a good recourse of why you did it not just say your band permanently that's a load of crap too yeah some people may deserve it but some don't first off you can start Banning some of these Bots that get on there with there fake profiles

I paid £34.99 for membership and I didn’t get it, Grindr blamed Apple, they blamed Grindr, no customer service whatsoever; Grindr take 2 days at least to fire off an generic response, totally useless, Grindr customer service is not fit for purpose, shameless corporation.

Avoid….accidental click will cost you money, all the pop ups confusing….be careful and avoid

Grindr banned me for a second time for doing nothing wrong. I am sick of the crap anyway. Many of the people are professional prostitutes who use the site to make money. Others are there just to pay them. Many are underage, so, you take a HUGE chance when you meet them. Many are paid to get you to join other dating sites that charge money. The pictures of most of the people who have joined are not theirs. You find out that when you do a meet. Many are into hard core drugs. I found that out the hard way. Many are married. Some admit to it. Most don't. Stay away from this site under all circumsatances or you will regret it.

I've been subscribing to Grindr for over 2 years now , mainly to make positive connections and hopefully a few decent friends along the way .
And I've now messaged Grindr and requested that they no longer hold my banking details and attempt to withdraw any more funds from my bank account .
The Unwanted, Messages which have been entering my message box which are purely telling me to go to another website which looks entirely suspicious and more than likely a place to pick up nasty viruses has turned me off and made me angry while I signed up to chat to guys , I signed my consent to this but never to Unwanted , unsolicited messages , but it appears to me that these are internal messages deliberately sent out to direct thier paying customers .
Whether I approve or not .
It gives me the sense or feelings that they seek to profit from your pockets and exploit you for as much as they can.
I do wonder who it is that's getting all the benefits of the site because it's certainly not me .

I got sent disgusting pictures of a woman with a dildo up here asking if I wanted a MMF session , so contravenes their policy

Reported to Grindr who said it was fine . So I deleted my account

I got banned from Grindr because a young male reported me for not addressing him with his preferred pronoun. I had no idea he had a preference and when he told me he said he was reporting me. And of course Grindr ignored my reason and just banned me. I thought it was a toxic site anyway but they proved to be horribly managed as well.

Grindr is now full of married men, open relationships, committed, engaged, drug users, drunks, pedophile hunters, anti disability guys, opposition political guys, people selling Vs and now Grindr is warning and banning actual gay men who send or have nude photos who get reported for "Cyber Flashing" and now Grindr has lost about 80 percent of gay men worldwide they made their app for. It's been sold multiple times and they can ban you for no reason because they get bored and want you to do an appeal which is most cases what you say in an appeal insults Grindr so they ban you anyway. If you are a gay male Grindr is no longer for gay men because it's changed for the worse. If your a female looking for your husband then Grindr is for you because you will probably find your cheating husband meeting feminine men for BB action! In fact Grindr have failed gay men that bad married men etc are causing actual gay men chronic loneliness as they meet gay men themselves and cause chaos in the gay society. It is the ultimate "gay but no longer gay" dating app where if you don't want to intercourse meet your accused of meandering by other users who then report you for been a fake! It's a circus show and it's not worth your money and the adverts? Every few minutes they pop up. It's now a app for CHEATS and don't forget married men - your the cause of HPV spreading to women causing cancer and ovary cancer. Grindr where gay men are preyed upon by straights with big things.

Horrible ad overload
They cheat next level in showing the people you can chat with with payment features, they show them as “check people close to you”, once you paid you realize those people are around 500 km away.
Thieves, they take advantage of minorities trying to meet people, so many other good apps like Planetromeo will eat you alive, just a matter of time, are the research people from your team blind? There are horrible reviews all over the place and you just keep charging more and more and reducing the features, its just bad business

You can't even creat an account without getting registered error I've tried with several emails and get the same error pop up the app and website is complete trash I don't understand what could possibly be wrong but is so not worth the time a complete waste
