I refuse to order from you ever again!! I’ve had different types of vapes before but your firerose ones are a disgrace, leaking and burnt out. Thrown the first one away as it was leaking n burnt but thought I may I played a part but no the second one the same!! You want pictures of the product and you ask if I charged the item fully when I told you it was burnt?? Like I said I’ve used all types before so that question was a stupid question!!
I am not stupid so don’t ask stupid questions.

My parcel went missing after the driver left it on my drive. He could have easily left it with a neighbour. The company won’t respond now to my emails. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.

terrible company id used them more then once but this time as soon as there was a issue they wanted evidence ie a video sent to replace a broken vape & 100s of questions all over a £12 device that mde a buzzing sound on 1st use then stopped working completely.

From that the dim witts wanted to know what charger i used....? hello use ya brains it was brand new and had came with 100% charge so i hadn't used 1 but they wouldn't accept that. (also i only use good chargers that are regulated & understand about this being tech savvy + vapeing for over 10 years).

also i was like why dont you just send a returns label and ile send it back to you & you do the check yourself like ever other company would have asked.

I'm the customer not a device tester

dont buy from them I'm no longer going to I'm going back to use good ole trusty uk vape club again as never had an issue with them or any of there items.

end of my rant id like this company gray haze to delete all my details as you cant even do that yourself on their inferior website ethier.

I placed an order on the 18/09/2025 its now the 01/10/2025 and my order still hasn't arrived which has meant I have had to spend more money elsewhere to see me through as I dont know how long my order is going to take to arrive when it should have been 3-5 days not 2 weeks.

A great company. A very easy ordering system with lots of choices 👌 A reward system that can give you money off your order. Reach a certain amount which is not high for free delivery. The products are a good price. Delivery is super fast usually the next day. Well done team keep it up.

This company is 100% on their service delivery and products. I have purchased numerous times and never felt let down on the odd occasion I’ve used a different vape shop but I’ve never managed to get anywhere near the great quality and service like Grey Haze give. I would highly recommend the vapes top quality nice flavours and great delivery which is free over £30 I ordered yesterday about 14.30 ad it said 1-3 days delivery but it came today that is less then 24hrs. Never had a bad experience

Do not listen to any of the negative reviews, this is a 10 out of 10 company, i have ordered numerous times from them always very quick on delivery. Yodel messed up my last delivery and the parcel went missing. i Rang the customer service number and spoke to a Legend called Adam. Parcel was re sent in less than 48 hours and has now been delivered proper customer service.
