Money and Goods disappear

I ordered a rather expensive fishing rod via the webshop, which was said to be in stock in the same webshop.
The money was withdrawn immediately, but the terms and conditions stated that it could take up to 6 working days before the goods were sent
After 9 days I had not yet received any "track and trace" and therefore contacted the shop. - I received a reply that the goods would be sent after the weekend (response received on Friday)
I subsequently contacted the webshop again WITHOUT receiving any kind of reaction - I have had to try to get my money (€1199) back via my bank
