Stay away from these scamsters.
My order no 10596 placed on 24th september and which was sheduled to delivered on 9th october is still not delivered, it was must for my dwali campaigning these are fraud people.
They dont pick call from number when called from another number they will get the order number and then cut your call abruptly. I have been cheated with 7500 Rs please stay away from such scamsters. I have lodge legal complaint against them.

Very impressed with there cylinder less printing . The whole process was quick and affordable without compromise the quality

My order 16084 got delayed and delayed by days then weeks. No updates, wrong tracking id was shared after 15 days.. then incomplete items were shared, so much loss in my business because of these dumbos

Worst customer support. My order is pending from 1 month and they have marked it shipped with wrong Tracking id.

No communication with the costomer it like a nightmare wait for a 1 sample pouch for more than 20 day,but still i an Give some subsidies in days but not receiving calls no replying the email what kind of costomer support is this and if they can't do it at time why they are saying that it required 7 to 15 business day?

Actually I contacted myperfect pack for my masala covers printing .they made a quality covers and the best service I ever seen just go with myperfectpack . ✅

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Service Ever!

Honestly, this is the worst service I've ever dealt with. I ordered labels for my brand, and after waiting 15-20 days, they still haven't arrived. The delays completely messed up my production schedule, and what's even more frustrating? Absolutely zero customer support - no responses to emails or calls, just complete silence when you need help most. They only pick up your call while placing the order and stop picking up the call once they receive your money.

This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and frankly, a waste of time.
STAY FAR AWAY if you value your time, money, and sanity. This company is a complete disaster.

No MOQ Best Printing and Packaging Store in Bangalore .

I have paid the design fees of 10000+GST on Friday that was on 4th April, before that their team was continuously taking my followup to place the order, after that they have stopped to receive my phone, I wrote a email which is unanswered till date, this is not a good policy a company can not grow, my work is also getting delayed as I want to start selling of my packet with new designed pouch,
I feel like to go to police and sue them for the harrasment as my business is suffering..

Absolutely Disgusting Experience with MyPerfectPack – Beware of These Frauds!

MyPerfectPack is the perfect example of how a company should never operate! After making full payment, I expected a professional and seamless experience, but instead, I’ve been subjected to the most disgraceful and unprofessional behavior imaginable.

Trying to get in touch with these people is like shouting into a black hole—calls and messages are blatantly ignored. Automated replies are the only response I ever get, as if I’m chatting with a useless chatbot! After relentless attempts, I finally managed to get a hold of one of their so-called managers. She assured me of a prompt resolution, made empty promises, and then conveniently vanished into thin air! Now, she cuts my calls and ignores my messages like a coward.

This company clearly believes in the “Take the Money and Run” approach. Promises mean nothing to them, and customer service is a complete joke. If you want to deal with frauds and cheats who vanish after payment, then by all means, go to MyPerfectPack. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and run far, far away!

Worst company to work with, First they had delayed the order with no updates and upon contacting customer support no response.My order has been delivered after 2 weeks later with poor quality product which can't be used and after reporting no response till now....I request everyone please dont order anything from them....*WORST SERVICE****

I ordered custom rigid flap boxes from this company, and my experience was deeply disappointing. The order was delayed by more than two weeks, which was frustrating enough, but the real issue was the terrible quality of the products. Nearly 90% of the items I received were defective—poorly made, cheap-looking, and nothing like the polished images they advertise on their website. The discrepancy between what’s promised and what’s delivered is shocking.

After receiving these defective products, I contacted their customer care team, but they’ve been completely unresponsive. I sent theme photos to show that the boxes that we received are non useable. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, especially after delivering such substandard goods.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly urge others to avoid this company. They’ve shown a complete lack of professionalism, both in their product quality and their customer service.

I only wish I could attach photos to show the poor quality of what they sent. It’s truly appalling.

It's been a nightmare working with these guys. I had ordered (Order Id: 16997) around 5000 Custom printed Standing Pouch.
Nobody will pick up your call and even on WhatsApp no one will respond if you ask for a delivery date. I had ordered 20 days ago and yet my order has not been delivered. I have no clue when will my order get delivered. I strongly suggest not to take them as your vendor.
