Wrong Item Sent, Ignored Support, $140 Lost in Customs
I ordered multiple leggings, including one burgundy yoga leggings in size Small, but the company sent me a size Medium instead.
I contacted their support team multiple times to resolve this, but received no response at all. This is especially frustrating because I paid approximately $140 in customs duties and VAT to receive the shipment internationally.
At this point, the issue is not just a simple fulfillment mistake — it’s the complete lack of customer support and accountability afterward.
To resolve this, I requested that they:
-- Send the correct item (size Small)
-- Cover shipping and any additional customs costs
- Provide a return label for the incorrect item
Despite giving them the opportunity to fix their mistake, they have ignored all communication.
If you are ordering internationally, be aware that you may be responsible for significant customs charges, and if something goes wrong, you may not receive any support.
In addition, I had issues getting the original shipment through customs and reached out multiple times for assistance. Those emails were also ignored — I sent at least four separate messages before receiving any response, and the only time they replied was after I escalated and threatened further action. This pattern of ignoring customers until pressure is applied is a serious concern.
