Birthday cards - non delivery

Ordered a mix of birthday cards for the year and especially printed cards for Christmas. The specially Christmas cards arrived but no sign of Birthday cards.
Because I didn't require the birthday cards for some time I didn't open the box 'til now so quite a time before finding out. Now I have to re-order but will use a different supplier. Let customer beware.

Having bought cards here for 6 years

Having bought cards here for 6 years, we have found cards taking longer and longer to arrive and the selection getting poorer.
Our last order of 9 cards took a week to arrive. They were wet and damaged,almost paper mache!
Customer services unhelpful to say the least. We are extremely disappointed especially as we feel our integrity was questioned.
Using our local card shop from today as those cards were needed now.
My advice is don’t bother.

As discussed via email, as part of our standard procedure we require photographs of all damaged items before we can authorise a full replacement or refund. This is necessary for our records and for our postal claims process.

We received a photograph of one damaged card, for which a replacement has already been sent. However, the request for a photograph of the remaining damaged items was declined, which means we are currently unable to replace or refund those items.

If you are able to email a photograph of the damaged items to hello@greetingscards.co.uk, we will be more than happy to arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Time wasted

I've used this company in the past for some years. However, today their website failed me twice. I chose a birthday card, added the handwritten message and address, then when I moved fwd I saw that the cost was still £2.10 and I was asked to add a handwritten message. AGAIN!!

Of course 2 attempts was enough for wasting any more of my time there.

Very poor service

Very poor service. The card was sent to the billing address, which may have been due to there being two separate delivery address fields on the order form. Although I paid extra to have a message inside, the card arrived with none.

Great service from The Greeting Card Company for many years.

I have been using The Greeting Card Company for many years now, for my personal printed Christmas cards, which I usually order in August, as there is usually a discount at this time of year.
I have alway had very good service from them both online and on the phone. I look forward to ordering from them this year, price permitting.

You pay, you receive nothing!

Birthday cards ordered for delivery to our son in UK, we live in France.
They didn’t arrive,
We also ordered a good quantity to be sent to our home, we spent over 45£?
Nothing arrived here either.
I have now sent our second complaint and yet to hear back.
Seems like a scam to me. Buyer beware

Stylish cards at a reasonable price

I just received my order from this company extremely quickly - it was dispatched on the same day that I ordered. I'm very happy with the elegant cards that are much more reasonably priced than in high street card shops here in the south east. My only suggestion for improvement would be the selection for birthday cards for dads as there wasn't as much choice as for female family members. Overall though this shop is a great discovery!

Speedy service

I went to the local card shop yesterday, the cards were overpriced and the choice poor so I came home and ordered some cards from The Greeting Card Company to keep in stock.
The choice was good and I also got 10% off. I was very surprised to receive the cards this morning, that is what I call a good service .

Couldn’t face a busy card shop so took…

Couldn’t face a busy card shop so took a chance on my Xmas cards some cards nice and good quality a couple not really great and a bit overpriced for what I got
On the whole would use this company again especially at Xmas but paid close to double what I would in a very well known budget card shop just didn’t have the hassle quick delivery considering postal strike

Terrible service

Terrible service. I ordered two cards, one which was sent was completely the wrong card. Fair enough, mistakes happen. However, two weeks have passed, with two emails to them, and not even an acknowledgment. Wrong card in the bin, won’t use them again.
