The €245k single storey house in Marcollin is all AI generated images inside. We thought it was very nice but totally misleading. We have asked for true images.
Not happy but glad we didn't drive 90 minutes to check out the area.

Green Acres not currently viable
We have used Green Acres, with confidence for a number of years. However, there now seems to be a major problem with this site. Enquiries via email are not being received and potential buyers receive a message to say link not active even though our subscription is live. In addition to this there seems to have been some sort of hijack of their site as it keeps being redirected to another sales platform. I tried sending a dummy enquiry and to do this I had to register with a different email address. On receiving their email to confirm my email address, when the link to Green Acres was clicked, my computer immediately flagged it as a malicious site so I could not proceed further. We have been in touch with Green Acres but their attitude has been less than helpful. When it was privately owned, customer service was very good but now any queries just get routed to an overseas call centre where the advisors have no authority. A shame because they used to be very good. In the past I would have recommended them but now, following our recent experience, they are not worth the money for advertising.

I like this application. Could do with a few more filter options and at times it’s hard to see pics once the gallery has been opened as you can’t zoom in. However a great way to find properties all over Europe. Really good

No responses to multiple inquiries
I’m very disappointed with this real estate agency and the way they handled my interest in one of their properties in France. Over the course of several days, I sent multiple messages requesting more information about a house they are advertising (asking for additional photos, technical details, and clarification on some points in the listing), and I never received a proper response.[survivefrance +1]
I did receive one automated acknowledgment saying that an agent would get back to me, but after that, nothing at all – no follow‑up email, no phone call, not even a short message to say the property was no longer available. In a market where real estate agents are supposed to advise and inform their clients so they can make an informed decision, this complete lack of communication feels unprofessional and disrespectful of a serious buyer’s time.[britishexpats +3]
If this is how they treat potential buyers at the very first stage, I dread to imagine how they would manage an actual transaction, where regular updates and clear explanations are essential. I’ve since decided to look elsewhere and to work with agencies that actually respond to inquiries and show a minimum level of professionalism.

The pictures on most houses are not good enough most of the time there is more of the outside than of the inside in my opinion tge more information given the better chance of creating interest in the property
