Easy website to order online. Plants arrived quickly and in excellent condition and were brilliant value for money .

The plants I ordered are excellent. Honestly the best plants I have had delivered from any company, and I have ordered from most of the main players. I ordered a number of ferns that are so healthy looking and well packaged - basically in perfect condition! I was emailed and refunded prior to their arrival for one plant, which they didn’t have enough stock to fulfill my multiples. The order was a little slow and one day late according to the shop pay tracking, but given how nice the plants are would 100% use Grasslands again. All round very pleased with their excellent service.

i ordered 5 pinus nigra pine trees - they came looking good but were labelled nana ie the dwarf variety. i was told that was a labelling mistake and i trusted that, but they've been in my garden now for a year and they look to me to be dwarfs as they are wider but not taller. i was advised i could return them (if i dig them out of the ground, repot them with good compost and then they'd pick up) - obviously that was not an option as the plants' roots have spread and they are very bulky and wide plants and very heavy. I was alternatively offered a 50% reduction on a set of trees that were part of a brand new garden scheme which aren't what i ordered and won't grow as they were planned to. So that is spoilt and i'm sad that all the mistake they made has been forced on me the customer paying in good faith.

I bought 3 different types of bare root beech hedging I was aware there was a chance some might not take but as an experienced gardener who followed the instructions to the letter I expected success However not one of the 12 I ordered has taken as of today They blamed the variable weather this year! Really
This is very disappointing as this is obviously a dodgy product but even more disappointing is the derisory recompense of 20% off a new order This means a second order for them at a slghtly decreased margin
I asked for my money back but they refused

Just purchased about a dozen lavender plants and a couple of jasmines. All arrived in perfect, very healthy condition They were very well packed and clearly had been well cared for, and thoroughly watered prior to dispatch.
I'm knocking a star off, as I waited almost 2 weeks for the order, and there were no email ETAs given, so felt a bit in the dark, wondering if they'd come at all, having had poor experiences elsewhere.
To be fair, the site does state that delivery can take longer than a week, but I feel it would be good for business if the odd update was provided.
Overall very impressed with this company, and also the very competitive pricing. I think I'll be back!

Good quality plants & trees and helpful knowledgeable staff - one negative is it's a bit pricey & its disappointing when you spend £3600 in 2 months but don't get the higher discount % because it was from 4 visits rather than all at once.

Healthy plants arrived in good time. V good communication so I knew when to expect them. Definitely recommend.

I ordered 3 x 3m large pleached trees (the order came to over £800). Communication was good and I agreed a date with the customer service team - I needed the trees for a specific date as I had arranged for help for them to be planted before an event I was hosting. When it came to delivery, they overlooked putting 2 of these massive trees on the delivery truck which is frankly unbelievable! I raised a complaint - despite causing me huge inconvenience and me being out of pocket as a result of their error, the manager felt an empty apology was enough and offered zero gesture of goodwill. This shows a lack of accountability and care for their customer base and they seem satisfied in messing customers around.

Item larger than expected, in excellent condition, delivered promptly via pallax.
Only criticism is there's no link or updates for delivery day & time on Grasslands' website, you have to search for the courier website & manually enter details to get up to the date info.

Ordered some pittosporum and laurel hedging which arrived in excellent condition, large plants for their pot size and great value for money. I was able to delay the delivery to a date that suited us, so overall very pleased!

Extremely poor service received a rather overpriced Wisteria plant which after four weeks did not grow and died paid a premium price contacted customer service and were told but there are no guarantees and that it was my fault that the plant didn’t grow extremely poor service. Please beware if you are buying any plants from these people they charge a premium price for a very poor Product did advise them that distant selling would mean that they should have a guarantee in place for plants that do not survive a short amount of time. I will now only buy from a garden centre that I can visit and see the actual plant and I suggest that everyone reading this does the same these people are just interested in taking your money and not supporting their customers in any shape or form.

Purchased a large number of tall privet trees to replace a hedge. Great price and delivered to my door by their own driver (with timeslot and tracking). Plants were in great condition and even taller than expected! Thank you. Definitely recomended.
