Quality and Affordability

The quality of grass fed beef is superb. Very tender. Good quality cuts. The order came in FAST..faster than I expected! Packaging materials are excellent for transportation guaranteed the meats are in a well frozen state.

I am giving you only 3 stars because I purchased ribeye stakes and they were very small! I paid for the largest size! I feel like I got cheated because they look like medium size not large! This is not the first time I bought the ribeye stakes and I always buy the largest size! So I was a bit disappointed!

Quality ingredients but check your order.
I like that the product has quality ingredients. The price is a little steep. My last order they did not include part of the order, but charged me. Unfortunately it was the product I had wanted to try the most. After a few days, they found proof I did not receive and I was told they could not ship out just one piece. They refunded me the amount of the item only. I probably will not order again. The product was still cool when I received it, shipping was great.

Disappointed in delivery
I've ordered from US Wellness Meats for the past 2 years and never had an issue until this last order. Took over a week to receive my order and by that time I was no longer home to retrieve it. I was out of town. It's supposed to be a two day delivery if ordered during the week.
Also, I never received a tracking number and when I emailed the company to get one to find out where my order was, it stated it was still waiting for a packing slip (or something to that effect.) I contacted them to ask them about it and they emailed back and told me to disregard what FEDEX/UPS stated and that it was on its way. Totally confusing.
