Unsatisfactory
In September 2026, placed first order with very high expectations. When parcel received, the meat was approximately 50% thawed which posed a significant health safety risk. Entire order discarded.
Customer Service contacted.
1. They preferred usage of "psychological games" instead of resolving the problem.
2. State Board of Health notified.
3. Unsatisfactory experience. Never again!
Following-Up on 30 Sept 2026
US Wellness Meats asked [via Trustpilot] for more information.
I suggest they review the order sent to Zip Code 29464 that consisted of 2 bacons and 2 bison [or elk] steaks. Order weight less than 7.0 lbs.
In summary:
1. Incompetent customer service.
2. Unsatisfactory experience. Never again!

Sugar free hot dogs are the bomb!!!
We had another event at our church and I will not purchase any other sugar-free hot dog other than US Wellness Meats. I have so many requests for these from people (like myself) who do not like hot dogs that are grocery store purchased. That, for me, says a lot! I have never cared for hot dogs until I started purchasing these! In fact, I ran out!! I should have purchased double. Thank you. Now, for an event next Thursday, I need to go shopping and get some pork sausage on it's way.
