Bought dried flowers - do not recommend, quality is extremely low. So far from my experience with this shop/brand - terrible quality of basically everything you buy. Do not recommend and will refrain from buying from them again.

Recently, there have been several cases where something was missing from a package sent by Granit. It is a terribly difficult process to sort this out with them. They want you to give up. And they started asking for 100! crowns for the return. I have really lost interest in buying from them, even though I used to like Granit.

Was a lite sceptic when I saw all the bad comments. But I received my goods a few days after I placed the order. My item was as I expected and wanted.
I placed an order Saturday night and right afterwards (5 min or so) I wanted to add more items to order, so I contacted support and asked them to cancel my order, it was easiest just to place a new one with corrected amounts and colors. Monday morning I’ve got a message that they can’t do that because they cannot take contact with their own warehouse and have no control over departing packages. I ended up getting a package I didn’t need anymore so I had no choice but to return it. Another option was to order more items and pay for delivery once again (delivery is very expensive there), but I just didn’t want to deal with support again if something else goes wrong. I paid for delivery and return (around 45 EUR), just because support was lazy to stop shipping in time. All it could take is one phone call, they are not the size of Amazon after all. Feel robbed, seriously.
I have ordered from this website 3 times. In every delievery there have been a broken product. They use a lot of plastic to «secure» the product, but when they have no idea HOW to use the plastic, it doesnt help much. I will avoid this website for all future, and advice you to do the same!
Lovely products, seemingly non-existent customer service. I returned two items to the shop in Hornstull three weeks ago and I'm still waiting for the refund or for any response (I've contacted the customer service twice for an update, haven't heard from them yet). I understand that the Christmas season is busy, but after such a long time it's just bad customer service.
The E Commerce shop definitely has issues / is understaffed. Scrolling through recent ratings a lot of people experienced problems with the shipment with a huge delay in updates combined with practically non existent costumer service.
I made quite a purchase on the 3rd of august; money was booked off my credit card on the 7th.
I even registered as a member to get a discount on my first order. I had a question concerning their delivery process which I instantly sent after ordering. I got a reply for my “ticket” on the 9th not answering my specific question but at least provided a DHL freight tracing link. Besides that I never got an official E Mail saying that my parcel was shipped or an update on my member’s account. The DHL link didn’t update until the 14 th of august. In the meantime I tried several times to contact the costumer service through the ticket system but never got a reply.
When I took a closer look on the destinations the parcel has been to, it became clear, that it was sent back to their warehouse halfway through.
I wrote a ticket once again, tried contacting DHL and after all that I resolved to complain on their social media (Instagram) including my order number. Although this felt a little petty it seemed to have worked. On the 17th of august I received information that a refund was initiated and is already earmarked on my bank account.
I don’t think it is a scam since they have real shops in Sweden, Germany etc. but think twice before ordering online. They need to step up on their costumer service big time! Up until then it is not worth the money and nerves.
Lousy delivery time. If you are going to be in Ecommerce you need to step up. You lost me as a customer when it takes one and a half week to deliver.

you are a mess in Germany. You send frames totally inefficiently packed. I'm receiving my second set of broken frames, so I must say you also don't give an F about the environment either.
I received my packages with a provider called "Bring" and I how no clue how to return this, because there's no information about this on the return slip, nor on your website. What the hell is Bring? No one know is here, so why don't you inform your customers?
Also, no return on my recent e-mail after 3 days.
Let's be honest, you are just another cash-grab company, selling well-selected Chinese products, but you don't care about anything else, but money. Very sad.
I ordered goods online in mid April incl home delivery. When it arrived, 2 of the goods were broken and a third one had a missing part. I emailed GRANIT and asked for new goods replacing the old ones - I also asked for them to handle the return of the broken goods. I got the reply that I could chose from a refund or new goods - the broken parts were left with me to handle. I had to drive to the recycling station with their broken goods. The Customer service then ordered the goods to a DHL collect point - instead of home to me as I had paid for. When I wrote them they said I had the choice to either go by car and pick it up, and they would charge me for a collection point delivery - OR that I could wait so that the goods would be returned and they could place the order again, this time with home delivery... ????
I replyed and said that I shouldn't be punished by their own misstakes - so if they could place a new order with home delivery NOW instead, I wouldn't need to wait for the DHL delivery to go in return to them. They haven't answered my question during the last 5 days. Another solution I suggested yesterday was also to cancel the order - and place a new one with home delivery - No answer on that email either. Worst customer service (?) EVER withy NO focus on Customer satisfaction - and NO intention of making me a happy customer.
Customer service is practically non-existent.
Some of the items I ordered online were missing parts. I have tried to contact this company several times via their customer service link and via email.
I never received a single response. Unfortunately, for the fairly small amount, it's not worth claiming a cross-country legal right, which is probably what they're speculating on.
My recommendation: do not buy here!
I ordered two items mid November. After two weeks I contacted customer service who replied yet another week later that my order had gotten "stuck" on the way and therefore could be sent to me. During this time the item was sold out so they just replied that I was unable to order the product again.
Disaster.
