They failed to show up!

Booked for an engineer to fix a satellite dish. Booked online on the 25th Jan for a repair on the 16th Feb. Engineer was a no show on the 16th but I was assured that I was priority on the 17th (between 8-9am). By 945 engineer was a no show. I phoned again and was assured that I would be next job. I ended up cancelling as I was fed up waiting and not knowing. Their excuse was that they had just moved offices - they had even lost my address!

Ty tv

Ty the ariel fitter ,a good humured down to earth fella. He did the job straightaway, he was on time , professional and new what he was doing. And it was cold and raining !!.

I had trouble with my satellite signal…

I had trouble with my satellite signal so went online to find someone to deal with the problem. I found the website and was able to book an appointment immediately and was amazed that an engineer turned up at my house within the hour! Excellent!

New digital aerial fitted

Just had a new digital aerial fitted. The aerial engineer Raymond was was courteous, pleasant and very helpful. He really knew his trade. I booked a visit online and he came the same day. The job and price was agreed. Thanks!

Very prompt response to my initial…

Very prompt response to my initial call. Found the house with no problem and got straight down to work. Job completed neatly and efficiently. We are very pleased and will certainly use Grande Digital again.

Engineer OK but Office/Customer Service Appalling!

Engineer OK, but office side are appalling. Booked an engineer visit, stayed off work, engineer didn't show, phoned office who said they had no record of it (despite a confirmation page). Visit rearranged. I take time off work. Engineer shows up and says they can't do the work. Engineer leaves. Office phones to say they can't do work in high up flats (despite me giving them my address and nobody asking) and demanding their £29.95 visit fee. I explain that we weren't advised of this before the visit and so I wouldn't be paying. Office hangs up.

Engineer great. Unnecessary faff with quote

Engineer that arrived was really pleasant and knew his stuff. Issue all sorted

Back office lets things down a bit. Website didn't take bookings correctly. Couldn't call anyone, but website contact form received a prompt response.

Also instead of just giving engineer a price book, they need to contact you with a price. Overly bureaucratic and needs simplified

Absolutely Appalling Service

I’ve never experienced service as poor as this. My appointment was cancelled every day for five days straight, each time through a generic recorded message with no personal contact whatsoever. When I tried to phone, I was left on hold endlessly, only to be cut off several times without ever speaking to a real person. The automated calls from this company became so frequent they bordered on harassment. Completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Awful service from start to finish.
