Love this product. Order was fulfilled in a timely manner and well preserved for the travel overseas.

The razor blades are lethal. I had 2 shaves with the new razor and it cut my face both time in 3 different places. One is quite deep.

Never had that with Gillette

I usually wouldn't write a review, but my experience with Grafton Barber in Adamstown has left me with no choice. This is one of those places where you'll get a haircut the way the barber wants it, not the way you instructed. Despite giving clear instructions, the barber insisted my previous haircut (also done at this shop) was not “straight.” He shortened my hair without asking how short I wanted it on top, despite my explicit instructions that it shouldn’t be short. After just 10 minutes of work and what felt like 10 liters of hair spray, I was charged €26, whereas my last haircut at the same shop, which was much better, cost only €17.

Advice to the management: ensure consistent pricing and employ qualified staff who are willing to listen to their customers. A friendly tip to the barber: offering a grown-up a lollipop doesn’t make up for a poor haircut.

As a regular customer of the Marshes Dundalk branch,I was most disappointed when I was refused a haircut at 17:46 when the sign at the entrance says closed at 18:00 when I questioned this I was told there was two customers left, but with nobody on the waiting seats other than a man waiting for his kid to finish up I was left proplexed. Very unsatisfied

Quality of service not standardised. Avoid the one in St. Stephens green. Barber gave an uneven fade as well as trim and didnt even know how to style the hair properly.

Grafton barber Monkstown, terrible service asked for 1.5 and gave me a 0.5. Manager at the time said it was fine and would only take a week or two to grow back and they also charged me full price,DO NOT GO TO GRAFTON BARBER MONKSTOWN

Ridiculous queuing system, with both walk ups and bookings in operation. You can wait for 20 minutes only to be displaced by people arriving in saying they have a booking. Frustrating.

I highly recommend this branch Grafton Barber in Jervis.They are very . Brought my 6yrs old son first time to check if they allowed walk in and its just 1minute he start to cut my son’s hair and this is exciting part. I ask to follow the picture and he did it!♥️🫰 My husband and I are happy to see my son is happy on his new haircut.and Now he is my son’s newhair stylist. Welldone Kiran

This was the worst barber I have ever been to, the barbers in there were awful. They could not speak a word of English, so it was impossible to communicate what I wanted. My barber absolutely butchered my fringe, he cut it 10 times too short. I will never ever go back here, I advise you to stay away from here because it was so shockingly bad. It was so overpriced because I basically paid €20 to get absolutely butchered by a fool.
This was in Drumcondra, but same thing happened in town.

Used to go in to the shop but wanted to buy online my first order came in a very well packaged envelope eveb has that posh feel and also given car air freshers and a pen and a discount card over all very happy be better is used dpd as fast way is near slower then anpost

Just came in for a beard trim. Cut my
Moustache practically down to stubble for no reason and left the rest longer. Looks ridiculous now. Have to fix at home.

I prefer the older style shaving block to the new cream style.

Super friendly staff in both Newry & Dublin. They went wayabove & beyond to help me organise an anonymous birthday surprise for a community hero. Can't recommend highly enough.

Got my hair cut in Grafton Barber in Dublin on Tuesday this week and to say it was the worst hair cut I ever got is an understatement.
Never been to GB before and heard it was great. The barber was good craic and plenty of banter but wasn’t experienced…..
Back to my regular barber this morning to get it cut properly and she had a good laugh and said it deserved me right for ‘cheating’ on her. Donegal Joe 😡
