Masterpiece of Service and Quality at sketchbook prices.

I came accross Graff.io just before Christmas which made me think I had found a super range of quality prints too late to have bespoke framing etc done to my specifications in time for Christmas and my daughter's birthday. I was so impressed by the product range and wide number of framing options available I decided to order 5 prints anyway. I dropped Graff.io a quick email just saying I had purchased these for an important Birthday at Christmas but understood I had probably left it too late to reasonably expect delivery on time given each of the 5 prints were framed differently. I received a lovely, friendly and helpful reply telling me the usual process that can be followed with their on-line order tracking and while they would make every effort they could not give a false promise. I could ask no more and did not honestly expect them to fill my order by my unreasonable short time scale. On one of the last delivery days before Christmas I received several very well packaged cartons I was not expecting. On opening these I was delighted and almost speechless to have received my order in full of 5 beautiful Limited Edition Bansky Prints, expertly framed to my specifications and each with a COA. I am a Fully Trained Professional Artist so I speak with authority on this matter, all frame corners were neat and complete without any fraying or roughness, the mounts also were expertly cut. I had chosen different mediums for the prints and all were excellent quality both print and materials used. I have little free wall space but I received such super service that I am 100% certain to order again and again. I am sure my son and daughter will also be repeat customers after they receive their gifts. A True MASTERPIECE of Good Service and Quality products at unbelievably low prices. Maybe I will treat myself and have some of my own work given the Graff.io treatment as it is always sad to say goodbye to your work. Having seen their work so far I would have every confidence in having Graff.io reproduce my own paintings and put my signature to them, no artist can say better than that. My order was a little late, which is understandable since it was coming over from the UK to US. I reached out and they quickly answered my question and with in a day I had my order at my door. The art work is amazing and my wife absolutely loves it.

Excellent customer service

My order was about a week late so I reached out to the team to ask for help and Naima emailed me back a couple of days later giving me an update. She was lovely and helpful.
I think sometimes I get caught up in how fast some deliveries from overseas are and forget that sometimes it does take longer... especially around December!
I was most relieved to get a response to my query and know that I hadn't been ripped off.
I will be purchasing from these guys again.

Happy with My Purchase

I'm happy with my purchase. The product if very beautiful, and will make a great gift for my girlfriend. International shipping is tricky, and it may take longer than you think for the item to arrive, so plan accordingly. I was worried because my order was taking awhile to get to me so I contacted customer service. They communicated with me very well, and were able to resolve my issue. I would recommend this company to a friend.

Responsive customer service

Although it took much longer for my prints to arrive than advertised, I received timely responses to my email inquiries from the customer service team. My prints finally arrived and the quality was as expected for the price. In the end, I am satisfied with my order, but there are clearly some shipping delays between the UK and US that need to be addressed.

Great Service

Terrible Service

I ordered my Bansky print on 12th November. It still hasn't arrived. Sent several emails to be told each time it will be sent in the next few days. Their tracking system says it is still processing. Very disappointed. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

Exemplary Service!

There's an old saying: "It's not how many times you get knocked down, it's how many times you get up." That saying applies here.

Every company makes mistakes, drops the ball or generally has things go wrong. It's in those times where the character of a company or person is tested. My order wasn't perfect. The Groupon I bought didn't explain what I was buying perfectly. I made a mistake in the order (hey, I'm human too). Then the shipping company takes forever...

So where am I going with this? Graff.io made it right every time. Every time I wanted to say something negative, their customer service team stepped up, answer my question within 24 hours (we have a bit of a time difference) and went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied. In a world where we become more and more distant by technology, Graff.io hasn't forgotten what's really important. Take care of your customer.

I recommend and trust them with no reservations.

Very poor experience

I had purchased a Groupon for this product. When I went on the site they had some great upgrades so I spent a lot more money than I would have just using the Groupon. Not only did it take well over a month to get the order but it arrived damaged. I have sent numerous emails with no response. Wont buy from them again. I am also going to take to social media to let people know how bad of an experience it has been.

Exceptional Response Time

When I placed my order, I mistakenly ordered the wrong color frames. Upon this realization, I sent an email in hopes that I would be able to change my order prior to shipment. Thinking to myself the entire time that I would probably never get a response. To my surprise, their customer service responded to my email within 5 minutes and had already corrected the order. Such a smooth transaction. I will be ordering from them again!!!!!

Well worth the wait!

The art work is beautiful! I purchased two Star Wars pieces. Shipping took a lot longer than stated upon check out for my purchase. I figured it would, I live in the USA. It was worth the wait! I contacted Graff.io customer support after 3 weeks of my package in transit. Alex's response was speedy, professional and genuine. My package arrived the next day, by chance. Alex still took the time make sure I was satisfied and no longer needed any help. Will and have recommend this company.

Excellent customer service

I had an issue with my Groupon voucher, and the customer service reps were a pleasure to deal with. At this time of year, I'm sure they are bombarded with emails & orders, so getting the issue dealt with in such a quick manner definitely made things less stressful.

Clear polite and friendly service and quality products

I was a little sceptical at first as to what the quality of the products would be like given the low price (via groupon). However I have been pleasantly surprised as the quality is great.

I had constant contact with Naima who informed me about my order, provided me more information about the products, answered my questions and asked if I wanted to make any changes to the order in a very polite yet friendly manner.

Overall the delivery was a little later than expected, however I'm aware that in the run up to Xmas things can be delayed a little bit. However this has certainly not put a downer on the overall experience I've had with graff.io. I would recommend to family and friends and I will more than likely use them again in the future for some more cool prints.

Good service - great customer service

I have purchased from Graff.io on a few occasions and found their products of decent quality for the price I paid. I was impressed with the care of packaging of delicate products and the delivery times were not an issue for me. I found their customer service in particular very responsive and friendly and it actually felt they cared , rather than being just another number. The only negative I would say is the paypal payment ONLY option which is an issue if you don't have an account. Providing other quicker options like straight debit or credit card transactions would be easier.

Excellent service with happy prompt respones

I made a mistake by ordering the wrong size frame that I already prepaid for. Without a single fuss they responded to my email that day with exactly what I wanted to hear. There was nothing more they could of done to make this transaction any more smoother. The lady on the other end of the email sounded lovely and with a few kind words said it not only was sorted out quick smart, it actually restores faith in the customer service via international purchases. Highly recommend.
