They represent themselves as a passport renewal agency with similar fees so it look like you are getting your passport renewed. Turns out they couldn’t get a picture correct or fill out the form correctly. I ended up wasting a month of processing time I thought my renewal was getting processed only to find out this agency had only filled out the form incorrectly and sent me a photo it said was not accepted and to go elsewhere to get one. I had to fill out the form correctly and expedite my passport renewal because of these delays and misrepresentation. Started my application with them on March 9. They sent me a worthless packet on April 7. That whole time I thought my application was being processed.

They indeed help but there were some issues and lack of communication
They indeed help but there were some issues because they didn't register my email and my interview got postponed, I didn't receive any note on it, lost some time at the Embassy and after that I wasn't allowed for almost one month to reschedule the interview. It was an unexpected weather and a fortuit case and only in that case the communication was bad with a bad impact for me. In the end, everything got fixed and I was able to reschedule and have the interview.

great customer orientation from Katren via email which rates 5/5. the only reason I have rated one star short of 5 for the overall experience is related to the expedited service offering. it seems that all you do is to keep checking for appointments which the applicant can do themselves. It would be great if you were able to fast track urgent applications based on required date of travel with the embassy.
