The Agent Cyrill provided me with a great service explaining the situation about the US scheduling visa website (which is the worst I have ever came across in my life). The company itself got me to the interview scheduling step, where I believe the problem with the aforementioned website becomes the limiting factor. Although, they never warned me about the waiting time available to book the interview at the Perth Consulate in Australia, now about 18 months, which is completely absurd to plan any trip. And I am only talking about a Tourist B2 visa… Cyrill keep doing good and being upfront with your customers, and help your company to improve urgently, please. Regards.

Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE
Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE! I needed urgent passport renewal which was promised in 3-5 buisness days (which would have been just in time for my trip). They sent the shipping label for the passport 2 hours AFTER the overnight cutoff, so by the time they received my passport on Friday, they would not even begin to process it until Monday. I was supposed to leave on Sunday. They knew this from the outset and still took my money AND my passport. I could NOT reach a person until it was far too late (Friday at noon) to do anything about it, after 48 hours of urget emails, phone interactions with their terrible robot and text messages. TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE SERVICE. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!

Passport Renew
The online process was effortless. My only pause was uploading a picture that would be acceptable. I ended up going to Walgreens to get one. Once my process was complete, I received my passport within 2 weeks.
