I order combat trousers, received nothing

I ordered the same combat trousers with knee pads that the previous three reviewers had ordered. What you receive is nothing like what was ordered and there are no knee pads. A total con - do not buy from these people.

I order combat trousers, receive different cheapest model. They do not want return unwanted clothing. Please do not buy any stuff from gotosleep. Cheaters!!!

I ordered what they advertised as top quality tactical trousers with knee pads. They sent me the cheapest style kids cargo trousers as thin as toilet tissue. No knee pads but nowhere to insert the knee pads if they sent them. These trousers they sent i wouldnt pay £5 let alone the price they charged for them. The material is so thin i could rip them with my hands. Stay away this company is a total fraudulent company who use quality items as their adverts but will sell you the cheapest tac there is.

I paid for quality combat throusers what was proved by videos and photos even description. I payed what they promoted even on the bill was the matching name like the original UATAC GEN 5.4 . They sent me 4 weeks later a unacceptable Chinese children's primary school size industrial rubbish what they describe is what I paid for. They even deleted the original offer now shows missing 404. The same fraud is visible under many fake online platform be careful don't buy nothing from them. Instead full refound they offered for me 7 dollars. The best is after I sent them pictures as evidence of cheating and fraud they wrote me I got what I paid for.

the company said my items were delivered,my house has cameras all round and proves that statemment was false ,company are liars. do not trust them.

I ordered the metal bumpers for car doors. They were supposed to have a Buick emblem on them. They came blank. I contacted customer service and they first offered a $2 refund then $4. That doesn’t even cover my shipping cost. This company is a fraud!

Ordered car door bumpers with the appropriate logo,as advertised on Facebook. Received them without the logo. When I wrote to them they told me that the product sent is correct and offered me to keep them and to receive a USD 3 compensation, whilst I had spent USD 40 for the dispatch. They even told me not to send them back as it would be expensive for me!!!! Grrr....

I purchased some car door protectors £36 uk took 8 weeks to be delivered then when opened the package it had i very small plastic storage bag 2 inches square but not what i ordered !!! after 10 or more emails they said we will refund you $2 Total Scammers please do not trust them as they take your money and do not send the items you buy, i have reported they to trading standards and they will be investigating them

Took an excessive time for delivery. Item finally delivered, however, missing a couple of operational parts.
After many email follow ups to solve the problem, they kept apologizing for the situation and wanted me to return the the goods at my expense and they would refund $US8. WHOOPEE! What a joke!
All I wanted was the completed item.
They're frauds. Be careful, avoid purchasing from this mob

These guys are a big time fraud, had ordered a tactical pants from them and they sent me a tube of adhesive, for which I had to pay another 10$. Be mindful if your purchase. Have learnt a lesson

I got caught before with these fake websites on Facebook. Last one was based in Malta or Eastern Europe. Keep popping up with a great offers. Can’t understand why Facebook don’t block them automatically. 😠😠

These people are hopeless , Kept say item had been sent ,No updates on tracking . Checking tracking number NZ post has no record of it arriving in NZ and they wont admit the problem is on their end. DONT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Unfortunately I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Order end of November and took until after Christmas to arrive. Three sets of lights finally arrived and NOT the same product as the picture on the website. Same problem. They say it is the right product and when I request a refund they say it's very expensive to ship back to China of all places. They finally gave me 12 bucks to keep them since I'm sure they are worth a lot less. They have no conscience that they're selling a garbage product. Don't order from these overseas scam artists.

My husbnd ordered a year ago plastic revitalization an still not received it I got the tracking number but still nothing

Purchased Christmas lights on November 18 and paid additional charge for expedited 2-3 day shipping. I did not get the product until December 30.
No customer service phone and email response has been the typical “sorry for delay” “We are so sorry for that. We have asked the carrier to expedite But sometimes logistics have some delay”.
Stay away from this company!!
It’s an over seas scam business.

SCAM ALERT! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS ON THIS SITE! I ordered a beautiful permanent christmas outdoor smart lights as it shown on their website. After placing my order. They are efficient of sending me the tracking and it stops all of the sudden. Their website crushed. So I called my bank to dispute the charges for this scam bags! 😡 What goes around comes around. I hope they feed well their families from the money that they stole from people like me who work hard for it.

I order 3 sets of the outdoor Christmas lights. was getting updates on package arrival then it stopped been over a month no carrier's name shame on Facebook

Update 2: Negotiated a refund of some of the money. Still do not have a high opinion of this vendor but they did not completely disappear. They started negotiation at $15 off and we ended at $50 off the original purchase of $136. I keep the lights I did receive, suitable for decorating a tree maybe or as under cabinet lights. Paypal was useful in the giving me leverage I think. Stay away from the China based companies on Facebook, never had a smooth experience.
Update: A package arrived from gotosleeps and it is LED light strings, but it is not what I ordered. This is the quintessential bait-and-switch. They are still criminals and frauds. I am attempting to negotiate a refund via paypal but I have not seen a response in a while.

I am disappointed that I have to give them 1 star. They are criminals posing a retail website. Ordered the "permanent outdoor lights" that many of the reviews here are talking about. I am certain that I will not receive anything and if I do it will not be as advertised. This is my third experience with a Chinese company that is fraudulent. Bad on me I guess. They continually lie. Told me they called the shipper to ask for expedited shipping and when I asked for the name of the carrier they said they don't know. How did they speak with them then? They are probably laughing at the dumb Americans. Meanwhile, they are living off money they did not earn or deserve. Their arrogance and hubris is what will eventually make America defeat them in business in the world. They will never be able to get world to accept them completely because of the inherent fraudulent nature.
