Never use again.
Shockingly bad service. Ordered and paid for tickets in December 2016 only to be told two days before the concert in June 2017 that tickets would not be forthcoming. Weeks leading up to concert received numerous text messages moving the delivery date further and further out.
Still awaiting refund. Excuse was their supplier oversubscribed the event.

I booked tickets back in January to see Robbie at Southampton on the 6th June.Like others kept getting texts that there were delays with the supplier whoever that was.Two days before show on the 4th June email fell into my inbox oversubscribed refund in 7 to 10 days.How can they do this to fans and get away with it.A complete sham of a company with obviously no morals on customer service and satisfaction.I am seething.I would not touch them with a ten foot barge pole.All those poor fans that have been totally let down.Someone needs to look into this and quickly.Oh yes and do I get the interest on the money they have had in their bank over the last 5 months.

Bought tickets for Robbie Williams Dec 16 for gig in June 17. Told a fortnight before that tickets were coming from supplier. 2 days before gig, told tickets oversubscribed for particular seating row, refund only option due to late date. 6 months ahead and told SORRY two days before. My wifes Xmas gift down the pan - Thanks for nothing GOticketsuk (GO Ticket SUK). Wont be using you again and advise others not to either.

Cancelled my tickets four days before concert - but don't worry - they will kindly refund me MY money which they have held fraudulently for 6 months as if that's all ok now. I suggest anyone else in the same boat contacts Trading Standards Manchester at Manchester gov uk to stop these shysters.

Robbie Williams Concert - 06/06/2017 - DISGUSTING COMPANY!!!!
My husband brought x2 Robbie Williams tickets back in December for 6th June 2017 for myself and my mum for a Christmas present. He called Go Tickets in May, as we still hadn't received them and was told by Customer Services not to worry, the tickets will be sent out shortly. He then received an email 2 days before the concert from Go Tickets apologising that they oversubscribed the tickets and therefore will be issuing a refund in 7-10 days. We have tried calling them but had no such luck. It saddens me to write this, as I should be at the concert tonight with my mum. How can a company do this to people?? I will never be using them again.
Disgusting conduct from this company
Disgusting conduct from this company, after booking tickets to Demon Dayz festival three months ago, I'm then emailed four days before the event to say that GO TICKETS made the mistake of "oversubscribing" and "overallocating" tickets, so my ticket has been cancelled. On top of this, they then mention in the same email "In normal circumstances, - we would be able to offer you alternative seating at the event but unfortunately, due to being so close to the event we are unable to source any other tickets". I'm sorry but if you've had three months to tell me this then you've had more than enough time to 'source' an alternative ticket.
On top of this, how do you 'oversubscribe the allocation of seats in your chosen seating row' when i'm at a standing festival? This just proves that the emails both automated, and the ticket quite possibly a scam in the first place.
Doubt i'll see the light of my £5.00 booking fee + £8.00 shipping fees either.

A good response time
Hats off to the response I got when I lost my booking confirmation emails for Take That, Sandra from customer services rectified the problem and resent them over to me very quickly and was very polite in the process. Yes will use again!
Speedy reply to my problem
Booked the wrong date to see Eric Clapton. Contacted Vanessa on the online portal and resolved the problem in a professional manner and got a speedy response I may add. The problem was rectified without too many obstacles and the services received was first class.
Double Charged for same booking
Charged twice for my booking which was rather annoying. Even more annoying I still had to wait another 6 days for the funds to show back in my account. However in defence customer services did fix the problem relatively quickly.
Cancelled tickets
I received and email in the 29th May saying that I have been given a refund for my Robbie Williams tickets on the 3rd June. I was devastated as I had previously emailed to ask where they were and then received a message that they would be sent out on the 26th May. Just to make matters worse I won't get a refund for 7-10 days. Such poor service, they took the money straight away but I have to wait 7-10 working days. Fortunalty I have sourced some more but seats are not as good, this was a present for my boyfriends 40th birthday. I won't be using this company again just to top it all off they are still selling tickets for tomorrow night but couldn't sort out replacement tickets for me.
Issue was resolved very quickly
My issue with Robbie Williams booking was resolved quickly. The company ticket prices are a lot cheaper than other ticket sites.

Robbie tickets arrived today but customer services are appalling. I have been kept on the phone yesterday for well over an hour with no response. I understand they may be busy but the phones should be answered or employ more staff in your call centre.
Good service received
Robbie Williams tickets arrived a little later than expected. Got on the phone and Vanessa reassured me everything is fine and the tickets will arrive soon. The tickets then arrived the next day. Good company but a little slow on delivery.

VERY VERY poor, bought 2 tickets for my mum and dad at the end of november to see Robbie williams, heard nothing between then an 15th May when I rang them to see when the tickets would be coming, they told me NOT to worry as my tickets will be with me in the next 5-7 days, then bank holiday Monday I received an email saying I'm getting a refund due to my seats bein over subscribed, well WHOOPY F###ING do, that isn't really a comparison is it, see Robbie live or receive my £175 back, don't care about the money, and now my mum, who is a HUGE life long Robbie Williams fan is deviated she isn't going, I've been trying g to ring gotickets for 3-4 days now and not once have they answered, the longest I've waited on hold is 2 hours 50 minutes, and the o ly reply I've had from email is a standard apology that I guess everyone has received, NOT GOOD ENOUGH, disgusting

Like others that have posted we too have been let down by Gotickets for the Robbie Williams gig on 3rd June. Received a text on 22/05/17 saying the tickets were due from the supplier on 26/05 and we would receive them within 24hrs. Then on Bank Holiday Monday, FIVE DAYS before the gig, an e- mail arrives stating the seating we had booked was oversubscribed and we would get a refund in 7-10days.
This is hardly the point !! We would MUCH rather have attended the gig than have a refund. Tickets were bought in good faith- never was there a hint that there may be a problem! We did NOT expect to be bumped as if we were about to fly on an overbooked plane!
Very disappointed and PO'd. Will NEVER have anything to do with Gotickets again.
