Ordered a shirt 2 months ago and it never come. Been sending email back and forth with there same response.

Do not bother! I always read reviews and forgot on this occasion and have been stung because I didn't! Ordered on May 20th for a June 16th birthday and it is still not here. Put in a dispute with PayPal suddenly they can email me personally!! My item has not even been shipped yet so I told them to keep it and refund it. Apparently my item is customised so until I receive it I cannot get a refund as I will need to send it back! It is not customised it is a generic t-shirt they sell! I said well I do not need it now birthday has gone and want money. Repeated the custom comment again and the fact it is printed immediately after the order is placed!y question back as to why I had not received it yet then if the process was so quick has still not been answered. Very disappointing!!

Had no choice but to give one star. Would have give a negative 5. Worst "company" ever......if this is even a company. Place an order in April and now it's June and still NOTHING!! Tried calling the phone for web page and they never answer, only get a recording. Finally got an email saying product has been shipped and still waiting. They had absolutely no problem taking the payment out of my account 30 seconds after my order was complete. BEWARE!!!!!

I given them 1 because is not 0 available I buy this for a graduation present and today june 15th and nothing, this is so DISRESPECTFUL AND DISAPPOINTING please don't buy from this company but they will take your money immediately FRAUDULENT

Like many others, I ordered in mid-May for a mid-June graduation and as of June 16th, it is still “printing.” If you already ordered something, you may as well dispute the charge with your credit card company and get your refund. If you haven’t yet ordered, DO NOT ORDER! They will tell you “order ships within 5-15 business days” and offer some generic COVID-related disclaimer, but it seems they never actually print the order and generically respond to any outreach with “sorry for the delay.” I personally think it’s fraudulent marketing to tell customers that you can ship an order in a certain timeframe when you actually can’t do it. Most honest vendors will indicate upfront that they cannot promise a shipment date, which then gives consumers the option to order elsewhere. This company just blatantly lies without recourse. I’m all for supporting businesses during this economic crazy time, but please don’t lie to my face. Give me the honest upfront and let me decide if I want to do business with you. I ordered a speciality item from Asia at the height of COVID lockdowns and I got it in 3 weeks. This is not rocket science, it’s a tee-shirt.

I wouldn't even give them one star but it was the lowest I could give them. DO NOT BUY off this company. I placed my order on April 10th and its now June 14th and I still have got nothing, all their emails keep saying is sorry you are not happy its on its way but they are full of crap, they are scammers and rip people off. They will not give a refund but they sure take your money no problem. Please DON NOT BUY FROM THEM

Thought I’d been scammed for certain as just automated emails are sent when you query or try to cancel. However, after two months, I’m amazed that it did actually arrive today and was posted one month ago. Would never have bought it if I’d realised it was from the states.
An amusing little birthday present not so funny when 2 months late.

Ordered a t-shirt for my son's birthday today, ordered over 5 weeks ago, email says in basket not even printed or dispatched, wish I had read reviews b4 buying, it's coming from America and due to covid-19 thought it wld take a while, but when I send email, it bounces back so no luck there, no more updates re email, am angry and reading all the reviews looks like I'm not getting it either !!! Scam and scum !!!! 🤬😡

DO NOT BUY!!! Ordered Covid graduation shirts on April 17th. 6/12 and they are still "printing". Graduation has come and gone. Will not cancel the order. Have made numerous complaints to them and still nothing!!

Awful. Exactly as other reviewers said. Ordered in April for May birthday- still hadn’t got it. Was advised it was lost in transit after I fir the 5th time contacted them. Asked for refund but was advised they will not refund and apparently reprinted. It must be a scum.

Wouldn’t even give one star.
Trading standards would have a field day with the amount of money they must have ripped off consumers

I ordered 2 tee shirts for my grandson with the graduate during quarantine. I was charged on 5/3/20 the day i placed the order but have never received the order. When i try to send a message and don't have the order number it says they don't recognize my name or email. They certainly did in order to take my money. Never would i have ordered had i read the reviews first.

Ordered 2 months ago for my granddaughters 18th just keep being told it has Bern shipped.It has obviously been sent by carrier pigeon why else ( other than a scam) is it taking so long.Do not order from these people absolutely disgusted with them.

I wish I could give these scumbags 0 freaking stars. I ordered my son’s shirt on April 16th for his birthday in May, thinking that I would most definitely have it back in time as his birthday was later in May. I tried to cancel the order for a refund, but was told that because the item was being printed, that I could not cancel it and the rep offered a small percentage of a refund. Crazy thing is, if it was being printed why hasn’t it come yet. Today is June 10th, still no shirt in sight. The company is a f***ing rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ORDERED A SHIRT FOR MY DAUGHTERS GRADUATION ON APRIL 26, IT'S NOW JUNE 8, HER GRADUATION CAME AND WENT AND STILL NO SHIRT. DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

I order a shirt for my nephew on 5/18 no email every time you call the number same recording stating my product is being process. It is now June 8 still being process this is some BS. I have order other shirts and clothes and got the product. Rl-10957-90960 nothing

I wish I would of read the reviews before I ordered my son's shirt. His 1st birthday we was quarantine. So I ordered him a quarantine birthday shirt. I ordered a small. When I I recieved it . It's not the size. It's way to big. He's not going to be able to wear it..for another year or 2.

Ordered 3.6.2020. Advised shipping would be 5-15 business days. Still being printed 8.6.2020. Have been advised that, as the order has already entered the production process, it cannot be cancelled. Birthday has now passed. I will never order from this company again.
