I ordered a t-shirt for my grand-daughter's birthday two weeks before the actual date. After two weeks I told them to cancel the order. They did reply to this saying that they had already started processing the order even though their own website still showed the order as "confirmed", my credit card was accepted. It was SIX weeks later that they said they were shipping the item. How long does it take to print a t-shirt?
