The coffee cup I ordered turned out perfect! I wish I would've ordered two..the only thing they got wrong (& I'm not even upset about it) is I (Kim) am the ones who sent this gift to Jennifer. But the emails they send to me are addressed to Jennifer lol..Everything else was Perfect..thank you Gossby! 😊

I received the wrong sized items and was basically told that I could have a refund instead of receiving the correct items. I was upset and never got my money back anyway.

This company is great!! I ordered a specific thermal cup for my soon to be wife as a wedding present in preparation for our honeymoon. The image I selected was initially ok, but got to resemble a grandmother with her granddaughter to more I looked at it. I reached out to customer service and they quickly helped me find a better match to my hair color and the final product was perfect!! I highly recommend this company. They are amazing and extremely helpful. Thank you again for helping making this gift perfect for my wife!!

The delivery man left the parcel unattended at our front door we weren't home i could have been stolen as the door to flat entrance is broken and doesn't shut we have had stuff stolen b4 an it probably would have been had my friend not popped to c us an phoned us sayin tge parcel had been dumped there so she took it to hers for us to b safe
