Domain confusion. Used another company

Excellent company to deal with this was our 3rd time to use them our flight was delayed by 2 hours and coming in at 1am in the morning and texted them worried that they wouldn't be able to meet us that late but got a lovely text back to say not to worry they would be there and they where with the car right outside can't praise this com pany enough

Our car was exactly what we asked for new and perfect Pick up and drop off went smoothly on time and a our driver felt like an old friend as i had been in contact for 2 years due to having to change our plans 3 times due to Covid Ill certainly be back

Best service and best price!

After reading about the situation in car rental market in Crete where the lowest price often means you spend a lot in the end (which is a shame) we decided to go with zero excess. We got nice little Kia with just ~8000km on the clock and even 10% off with "cash on arrival" option. That really builds the trust! We were met by a friendly guy just out of the terminal, taken to a car very close by, even got basic instructions and demonstration and all went smooth from the very beginning to the very end of our 12-days long journey around the island. We even felt a bit sentimental while dropping the keys to the Papa box. We are very happy to recommend GoRentACar as a top class service with almost 1/3 cost savings against other comparable offers.

We had a very experience renting from Go Rent a Car in Héraklion. The pick up process went well even if there was some confusion as to the meeting point at the airport with the owner, Manos. That was sorted out quickly.
We paid the rental cash on delivery of the car, no credit card needed.
The car, a Fiat Doblo, was in very good condition, no problem with it for the three weeks of the rental period.
Return was easy, brought the car back at the airport parking and left the keys in a key box at the parking entrance.
No problem rental!
