Originally able to login to my account then after receiving approval email I can't login to my account.
AI chat gave many things to try but none worked (forgot/reset pwd,clear cookies,different browser,incognito browser,etc). No visible error message, just keeps re-displaying the user/pwd login form. The AI chat transfer to human isn't working. I even tried multiple times and over several hours. I really want to give you 5 stars so please resolve issue so I can. Thank You.

The chat support representative was very good. They identified the problem immediately and resolved it quickly. Finding the chat support option was the hardest part. I explored the site forever until I accidentally stumbled up on it.

I had no idea that my 50% non-profit discount was no longer available through Zoom's prior partner. So when I renewed my subscription I was charged full price. That amounted to almost $2000 extra. After discovering that Goodstack was the new partner I applied for the discount and was rejected. But I asked them to re-consider my application and they did and approved it. I can't tell you how important this savings is to small non-profits like ours. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I’m still waiting for a resolution to this review, which began on December 15 after two months of trying to verify my identity as a representative of our non-profit organization. Thankfully, the organization has been approved by Goodstack to use non-profit services. Despite resubmitting all the requested documents, my identity verification remains unresolved. I eagerly await an update in my inbox every day, but I haven’t received any correspondence. The only feedback I’ve received is an acknowledgment of a negative review on TrustPilot. Goodstack - please address this issue promptly. Additionally, Google - please be aware that the company you’re using to serve your clients is failing to meet expectations. Best Regards.

I have been going through the process of getting my organization verified with Goodstack, and it has been extremely frustrating. I uploaded my incorporation documents, which clearly list my name as Founder and Director. While Goodstack approved my organization itself, they continue to reject my application, stating they cannot verify my affiliation with the organization.
To address this, I also submitted a signed letter on official company letterhead confirming my role. Despite this, my affiliation has still not been approved. I have submitted multiple support tickets through their AI chat system, but I have received no response or resolution. This issue has been ongoing since December 12, 2025.
While AI can be useful, this process clearly lacks the intelligence and human oversight needed to properly review documentation and resolve edge cases. Without timely human intervention, Goodstack is creating unnecessary frustration for the organizations it claims to support.

The lady who helped me solve my problem was truly dedicated to the case and very helpful. The problem was solved as quickly as possible, and throughout the process, this lady kept me informed at every stage.
We initially applied for recognition of our non-profit organization, but our application was rejected. We then contacted Help Support, and they were able to provide more information to help us obtain recognition. Thank you so much, it was greatly appreciated.
My experience with Goodstack has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After going through their full verification process initially, my nonprofit application was denied. Later, their own team acknowledged that the denial was a mistake and confirmed that both the nonprofit status of the organization and my association with it had been verified. I was explicitly advised to reapply and was told that my new application would be placed on a special queue for faster approval.
Despite following those instructions and reapplying on December 6, there has been zero meaningful communication from Goodstack. No requests for additional documents, no clarification, no outreach of any kind. Instead, the application is repeatedly declined without explanation.
The most annoying part is not even the rejection itself, but the complete silence and lack of transparency after they admitted their earlier error. For an organization responsible for nonprofit verification, this level of customer experience is unacceptable. It has been, without question, the worst support experience I have ever had anywhere.
Follow up...
I have about four to five unreplied emails I already sent to the email address you provided for the customer support. I guess they are not as responsive as implied here or it's just intentional that some emails are being constantly ignored.
I have provided the email address I used in applying, because I could not see any reference number. I hope the email will be good enough for the Goodstack team to fix this problem.

Most horrible process I've dealt with in a long time. Stuck in an endless AI CRM loop with a bot, asking for a 147C EIN letter from the US IRS department with exact same response each time ignoring all comments and questions i include in my correspondence. I have emailed the requested letter, along with every other document conceivable to no avail. There is no other way to contact this company outside of one email address that appears to be manned by an AI agent - if my nonprofit did not desperately need the technology offered I would gladly never work again with this horrendous company. They should be shut down.

Someone commented on my last post and still to this day I have not been helped . I can’t apply for any of the discounts with my goodstack application constantly being rejected. Since then I’ve submitted 3 or maybe 4 more times for google, adobe , goodstacka nd all immediate denials. I’m using my organization email address , I have uploaded my bank info, by laws , ect . I don’t know if this company is doing this on my purpose with me considering some people were able to get a human but I’ll never forget this company …It’s been weeks at this point. They don’t have a phone for a reason .
UPDATE: I’ve basically been blocked with them now to apply for the discounts . Ive been submitting the same ORIGINAL documents . I received 0 help from an actual person . The responses from the people here did not work or even try to work with me.
