We are a small non-profit and for us it is the small things such as: quick response, intentional attention and direction. This is what we have received from Goodstack. Your attention reinterates that the call to serve is Golden and our mission matters. If this wasnt enough, help and partnerships are at the press of a button. Thank You Goodstack Family from your R/M Fam.
I had questions about the application process and it did not take long for them to be answered.
Goodstack for some reason rated my us as unworthy of receiving nonprofit rates. After Canva rejected us because of Goodstack, I managed to get in touch with Canva and after proving we are a viable, 30 year old nonprofit, in good standing, they awarded us a nonprofit plan. I have tried to get in touch with Goodstack but there is no email address or way to contact them. Our nonprofit is again been rejected by another company which uses Goodstack, and I again have to waste precious time convincing the company that we are a via nonprofit running an above the board operation. Goodstack is making our work unnecessarily difficult. Goodstack == Poorstack for nonprofits.

Goodstack has opened doors to a major breakthrough for our NGO. Now we are able to work more professionally, using wonderful software. We can create winning campaigns and carry forward our work in favor of the population of Itaparica Island, in Bahia, Brazil.
Goodstack was timely, friendly and informative (every step of the way)…the perfect trifecta! I’m not sure what else there is to say.
The company is very responsive and eager to resolve issues that may arise.
I have been trying to get Google for Nonprofits activated for over 2 months. Goodstack confirmed our nonprofit status (Social Welfare Corporation in Japan, Registry ID: 1030005014041), but the affiliation verification has never been completed.
I submitted all requested documents including Employment Confirmation Letter, business card, and NTA registration. Tickets #386850869491 and #393835029732 remain unresolved.
The chatbot loops endlessly, emails cannot be replied to, and the support form leads nowhere. There is no way to reach a human who can actually resolve this.

Hiya! It's Maya from The Daily Cash Foundation. Goodstack has been nothing but good to my church and I'm familiar with their customer support. Ashley helped us a lot in the past.
The acceptable documents page on the Goodstack website asks for the EIN Verification Letter as proof. I have submitted that.
I have also sent an email to the Goodstack help email with the subject line “F.A.O. Sandrea – Daily Cash - Google Review"!
Please respond as soon as possible as I'd like to prove that the association process isn't as bad as people are making it out to be.
Many thanks. Goodstack has been nothing but good to my church and I'm familiar with their customer support. Ashley helped us a lot.
We're excited for Goodstack Pro!
Thanks.

Thrilled to have discovered Goodstack at a pivotal time when our charity as it is growing was requesting additional users for Adobe Acrobat Pro. We love this software, but have limited licensed users due to the cost. Goodstack helped with that and we're not saving 94% per user and moving our mission forward in style! Thank you, Goodstack!
Quick response; The customer service rep was very responsive and friendly. She assisted me in resolving the issue I was having. The tone of the messages was friendly and inviting.
Goodstack is the leader in vetting nonprofits. They were very helpful coaching me to get my nonprofit registered. They were very responsive and they were clear on the documents they needed from us.
While I appreciate that the Google for Nonprofits application process is relatively fast in terms of initial feedback, the verification stage has been extremely frustrating.
I am the Founder and Executive Director of a legally registered nonprofit organization, and despite submitting comprehensive documentation including our CAC registration documents, board minutes, constitution, official appointment contract, ID card, and even financial transaction records, my affiliation with the organization was still rejected as “unable to verify.”
All submitted documents clearly contain my name and confirm my leadership role within the organization. It is unclear what additional documentation would satisfy the verification requirement, as every requested option (and more) has already been provided.
I have also contacted the verification support email but have not received a response, which makes the process even more difficult to navigate.
I genuinely value Google’s support for nonprofits, but the affiliation verification system appears to be particularly challenging for founders and small organizations where the founder is also the primary signatory.
I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for other nonprofit leaders going through the same process.

It was so unusual and appreciated to be in touch with a real human being from the start of the process. They were friendly and helpful with prompt responses which resolved the problem for us.
It is a pleasure doing business with such professionals at Goodstack. They were recommended to me by Google when applying for a non profit org I run and I can only recommend them for their efficiency. I also could experience their support and they were efficient and kind enough to solve my issues.
I am trying to verify my non-profit and prove that I am an authorized board member of the organization. I have spent numerous hours trying to get a helpful response and have sent them all of the verification documents several times. There is no one to speak to directly to explain the situation. All our organization is trying to do is get a non-profit Google Workspace Account so we can start a paid Google Voice plan. We have had no trouble proving our status with other non-profit verification systems for other services/products. Why does Goodstack have to make it so hard? So disapointed in the service of this company!

We had an issue applying. The team was prompt to respond and very supportive in attending to our request. From the CEO, Henry, to Ashley, it made the experience smooth and seamless. Thanks to Goodstack, we were able to get a discount for our Zoom account.
I didn't expect to get denied! I thought that merely proving our 501(c)3 status will allow us to take advantage of all of Goodstack's discounts. Not the case. But, after much-appreciated straightforward communication, we were able to show that our mission aligned with the parameters set forth by Microsoft and Canva.
