My experience with good life sorted was ok until I wanted to leave.
Then it's a different story.
Not pleasant at all ( meaning the company) though the helper was nice and also helpful.
All they want is to sign you for direct debit asap, whether you want to or not and do not make things clear in taking card details, as they then automatically take it from your card, which they do not explain as I was told it was just to make things easier when I phoned in to pay by card each week.

I can’t thank our Good Life Helper, Julie, enough. From day 1 she was attentive friendly and knowledgeable. Our situation is a little tricky but Julie has taken it in her stride. If you need any aspect of care or support, contact this company.

This review is regarding The service that good life sorted to help and provide the attendance allowance application form for the person in question, they appear to be very helpful and kept in good communication throughout this particular process although I did find that the overall expense was on the expensive side and possibly after watching programmes likeThe Martin Lewis money show I could have filled in the form itself given the time ,however it all went through without any hitches

I’ve worked with Good Life Sorted for just over 2 years and they are a fantastic company and very supportive to their helpers. The work is very rewarding and it is nice to be able to make a difference to somebodies life and enable them to be independent.

I have been a helper for Good Life Sorted for about 2 years now. Coming from a 9-5 office job, without much job satisfaction or appreication, it was really refreshing to suddenly feel like you are helping someone and making a difference to their day. Being able to pretty much pick your days and hours has been great to fit in with family life too! Highly recommend GLS, either by becoming a helper, or indeed using them for help with your relatives who may be struggling and in need of someone to regularly visit them, be it for company, trips out or light housework. Being a helper has truly made a difference to my life, that's for sure.

I am so grateful to be working as a Homehelp through Good Life Sorted. They have been brilliant at finding me customers that I can schedule into a timetable that suits my situation. They deal with any issues I have so promptly and efficiently that I truly feel supported. I have been with them for a few years now and knew from the start that they were lovely people who genuinely care for others, both their customers and their helpers.

An absolutely fabulous company to work for, it's the best job with lovely clients and very rewarding. The company is very supportive and caring with lots of advice and training.

I have been working as a helper for GLS for 4 years and feel proud to represent such a professional and genuinely caring company. I love the freedom I have to manage my own schedule and choose which clients I want to work with, and I have met many really lovely, interesting people. I feel very appreciated by my clients and by the management who are always on hand to provide support when needed. I feel they deeply care about their customers and helpers and have the best interests of everyone at heart. Everything so well organised too!

A great company to work for very supportive options and resources. Introducing clients but if you say no to a client there are no recriminations I would definitely suggest as a company to work with

I work for GLS as a helper. GLS is supportive in every way and genuinely care about their clients and employees. I have some wonderful clients that I look forward to seeing each week. They always bring a big smile to my face and make my job so rewarding. I could not be happier.

I've been working for GLS for just over a year now. It was a big change for me; I went from being a full time estate agent for 21 years, to being a GLS Helper whilst also being a full time carer for my nan. I am so pleased I made the change. I feel like I'm really making a difference to people's lives and the management are always there if I have any queries etc. They also provide talks, for example, talks on dementia etc, which is so useful.

I have worked for Good Life Sorted as a helper for over three years, after previously working in an office environment for over 35 years it was a huge decision to change my career and i only wish I had done it sooner, the role of a helper has given my life purpose, satisfaction and fulfilment, and most importantly I have developed strong and rewarding friendships with all my clients I have had the pleasure to visit over the years, every day I smile and laugh with my clients and I know I have made a positive contribution to their wellbeing, as to they have to mine, GLS as a company is a pleasure to work for , always available to provide help and support when required.

I have been working for company Goodlife sorted for 3 & half years and still enjoy it, you can pick & choose your hours which suits me with my family life. They keep you updated with any additional training & new customers, you can choose your own rate, and pay on time.I would recommend to work for them
